Even 1 star is still too much for me…

Even 1 star is still too much for me personally. This was the last time I bought anything here. You order Vaporesso Corex 3.0 and end up getting the previous version, 2.0. I sent several emails, which were probably first automatically forwarded to another email address. I sent emails to the recommended address, also through the website itself, but unfortunately received no response. It is what it is, and I won't be taking any further steps, but the advertisements or reviews will certainly not be positive.
Update: My decision remains the same but I still want to give a quick update. Today 27/02/2026 I suddenly received the correct article in my mailbox, presumably they tried to correct their mistake. However, I have not received any further information about this, neither email nor other info. So I have to guess whether this really comes from them, although I have a strong suspicion that it does.
Update 2: On 10/03/2026 I received an email confirming that the correct products had been sent. So finally a confirmation that the package did indeed come from them. The question was then immediately asked whether I would like to remove this negative review. But why? I am only writing the facts as they happened, no more and no less.

Vapresso pods are crap

Every single pod i've bought and replaced during the last week has conked out after the first fill and within less than an hour and has cost me about £40 in 2 packs of pods. No, I'm doing nothing wrong! They're just crap.

All show no substance. The worst vape company bar none

I stupidly trusted vape companies until getting ripped off by Vaporesso multiple times. Before ever buying from this company, try to get in touch with their supposed "24 hour customer service". When you do here's what you'll find....Lots of prefab questions of known issues with their items..Lots of them. So many of their pieces appear to be rushed to market and are all show but no substance. Secondly, what you will not find on their claimed "24 Customer service" is service... Literally there is no one there to help you in any way, There's no solutions, and no one at their company EVER responds. They just take your money, leave you with non-working tech and never respond ever.

I bought a Luxe XR Max 2 from this website, and after two months, the product stopped working. They don't honor the warranty, and they deceive me just to avoid sending a new product. I've sent dozens of messages with no response. SCAMMERS.

When I order a vape and pods I didn’t realise how poor their customer service was.
It’s almost a month since a placed the order, and the shipping status is “ preparing to ship”
There is no way to cancel my order for a refund, and no customer service who can assist me.

I certainly would not buy from this company again.

Very good but slow

The delivery is very slow, they sent wrong items the first time but gave me a refund after a while. They sorted out a second issue for me at a later date, again it did take months. But im happy with the results, even though it took months.

XROS Series 0.8 mesh pod leaking!!! 2 out of 4 and costs 12 pound ?!?! like six Pound each worth ... no they are not "fake" according to the QR code... and LOL if 2 work and the others don't (IM NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG!!!) stop telling people how to refill their pods if the problem is that they are faulty!!!

Purchased 2 Armour G vape kits

Purchased 2 Armour G vape kits, first one failed in 3 months, they sent me a replacement that failed in 3 weeks. NO REPLY on the customer service email. DO NOT PURCHASE a single thing from them. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

Vaporesso reply for the stupid

As you know, because XROS series pods has top filling system, this kind of pod has black top cap. We suggest that after you fill the eliquid into XROS POD, please cover the black cap(drip tip) of XROS POD immediately, because the Drip tip is the main reason of leakage issue. And if you leave the drip tip open for 3 minutes after you fill the eliquid, the eliquid will start osmosis the cotton inside and lead to leak. Especially after long hours osmosis, the e-liquid in the pod will completely leak out.

Customer service none existent can't…

Customer service none existent can't buy the coils from the source/website very inconsistent coils never get the same amount of drags/flavour from them and no was to authentic the coils you can get hold of buy a different brand vape

Missing parcels and bad customer service

Parcels missing from the powershop community and the admin team from the uvcommunity have some of the worst customer service ive ever seen, posts hidden in competitions because you are winning but they only want people they know to win.

4months ive been in the dark and many others regarding missing parcels no email address will get a reply and no admins will respond to this.

Zero Star. Horrible Experience

I would give them a zero star if I could. So many issues trying to order from this company. I ordered a product they said they had in stock and it took me 3 months to receive. They wouldn't reply to emails until I mentioned taking them to court. When they did finally ship my items, they sent it the slowest way possible taking 2 weeks to get to me. Never ever will I order from these frauds again.

Never again

This is the website I won’t order EVER again. I purchased a product from them two years ago and the shipment was really fast. However, the device stopped working so I decided to order a new one. I did place an order on May 3rd. Today is June 16th, and the order was NEVER shipped. Even worse - I sent them 4 mails and they NEVER got back to me, but I still receive their marketing mails to order more and more. They were really fast to charge me for NOTHING. There is not even an option to receive my money back or cancel the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your time and money.
