Vaporesso products are cheap garbage. I couldn't decide which vape I wanted a few months ago so I bought both the xr max and the x2... by the time I went through 1 pod worth of liquid the x2 stopped working. Flashes red and won't fire. VAPE LASTED 1 DAY! So I was using the xr max.. I've used it for the past 3 months. Last night the thing bricked. Just complete garbage products! Stay away from this junk!

So I got myself two batteries the first one went to s*** on me 2 months after I got it because the guy sold me the wrong pod for the battery so there goes 45 bucks just for a battery and then I get myself a new battery and not even 3 days later not even it starts to leak honestly this product is not any cheaper or better than something like a geek bar sure a geek bar only lasts you two weeks but you don't have to deal with getting the juice for it which is like 30 bucks and you don't have to buy a battery separately which is 45 bucks so just do yourself a favor and don't buy this product get a geek bar

Keep away. The companies selling these tell you not to charge via the charging port on the front because they just break but do not advertise this clearly. They say you must purchase a separate charger which is absolutely crazy. Cheap rubbish from China. Why would you want to carry a huge battery charger around with you

Be weary! there is a vaporso.com and a vaporesso.com. Vaporso.com are crooks that take your money and keep giving you fake tracking. I reversed the charges through my bank. they also tried to hack my bank. beware of pending transactions for .01 cents. they are about to suck you dry. i caught it and had to get new card....

This review is for the Xros Pro used with 0.4 ohm mesh filter refillable pods. When these work they are great, but as you'll see from other people's reviews, it's very hard to get a single well-manufactured pod. They run at about £9 for 4 and maybe one in pack will work if you are lucky. Sometimes you can persevere and make them work, but it involves swallowing a lot of vape liquid = not healthy. It's messy, wasteful and dangerous. Their website pretends to offer help, but it doesn't. Also theire website recommend you refill them only 4-5 time. Nonsense. Once you have a working one, use it till it stops working.

Leaky and problematic. I've bought two Vaporesso vapes this year alone, and after just a few months, they start acting crazy and burns the coils after only a few days... This hasn't been my year at all when it comes to tech, but for the expensive prices I've paid, I expected some quality... I'm quite disappointed.

My package has been stuck since 9/25, almost a month. Emailed customer service 3 separate times with no answer. Will have to do a chargeback with my bank. Don’t recommend ordering from them. Sucks because their items are great but buy from another retailer.

You have to be mindful.when filling with juice. Otherwise you get blowback and juice everywhere. The problem seems to be a constant air bubble. I've shook, blown in the hole. It eventually does go. Still a pain though. As along with that you have to wipe and dry over spilt juice.

The Vaporesso website seems like a scam. Placed my order and was charged and never received my item. It’s been over a month. The “tracking” information they send goes to a dead link, and customer service does not reply to emails. There’s a Reddit thread full of similar experiences - wish I’d seen it before ordering.

I still haven't received my vapes. It has been over 1 month.

Do not order from their website. There is no one to hold accountable. There is no customer service. My order was placed a month ago and still nothing when Aliexpress delivers within 14 days. This is a trash scam website.

I purchased a XROS Pro and regretted it from the first day. The customer support is abysmal — they don't even reply unless you bombard them with multiple emails. It's incredibly frustrating to get any response from them.

As for the product itself, it's simply not working properly. I can't tell if it's defective or just poorly made, but either way, I'm extremely unhappy with it. Worse still, they have a strict no-return policy, and there's absolutely no way to get a refund. The best they'll offer is store credit, which is useless if you don't want to continue using their products.

I highly recommend avoiding their website. If, for some reason, you do decide to buy a XROS Pro, at least purchase it from a local store where returns might be possible, but honestly, I would advise staying far away from this brand entirely.

DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM VAPORESSO!!!!!! Unless you want to wait MONTHS for your order. I ordered on Sept 6 and I’ve been waiting ever since (it’s now Oct 9). Multiple emails claiming “Shipped” yet the tracking info given is unfounded and/or is just a created label that never moves. BEWARE!!!!! I’m going to start the process to be refunded via my bank.

DON"T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The machine works but the pods don't. They usually empty themselves on 1st fill. Half-fill a new pod, leave it for 15mins, come back and it's emptied all the juice on the counter...every time!! You'll be lucky if you get x1 working out of a x4pack. The leaking and spitting will then ruin the machine. Now the new 3ml pods are even worse (if thats even possible). I've only had success with x1 out of x4pack and thats only filling 30% tank and air intake fully open. Shop assistants pretend it's something new they haven't heard of when you go back to discuss. The whole Vaporesso product system is a scam from the manufacturer to the retailers.

Have a Vaporesso product purchased at a brick and mortar. Replacement coils, etc were double the price in store as opposed to Vaporesso site so I placed an order on company website . Have received 15 emails varying from 'order shipped' to 'invoice information' and 'order cancelled", then "enjoying your new purchase?'. Seriously??? They also sent one saying that they cancelled my order because of a 'high/medium risk of fraud detected'....and a few days after that, yet another one saying my order was shipped and has another so called tracking number.
I've sent replies to them to find out what the actual story is, but no luck.

Almost 3 weeks now and still waiting for a flight of some sort according to the customer service person who hasn’t apologized once. The shipping label wasn’t even created until 7 days after I placed the order. Please buy something else from anywhere else. I’m livid.

Excellent Vapes! The vapes charge so quickly. They also last really long. The pods are easy to change and refill.

Onto my third all have leaked with proper use. Going to be more problems returning it, don’t need the headache.

Had bought two vaporesso gen 80s mods and without even a single drop the screws that hold the atomizer tank bracket in the top of the mod get loose and strip all on their own first one broke bought a second one and the same thing happened don't buy this brand go with smok spend the extra money it makes a big difference

Order arrived 100% damaged and I did pay for the worry free warranty. Contacted the worry free warranty company SEEL and they informed me that Vaporesso never paid my warranty fee to them so they can not refund me. Vaporesso doesn't respond to emails and USPS only allows the seller to file the damage claim. This company is a CROOKED SCAMMER who doesn't even respond to emails. If I do not receive my $84 refund that I paid I will be contacting my credit card company.
