Don’t trust them
Never received my order and no response from the seller. Supposedly they use a 3rd party shipper and I’m guessing that’s why I never got my order. Definitely feels like I’ve been scammed out of $30. Will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

Horrible, I've been ordering for years from this…
Ive been ordering for years from this place, and only this place, this is the first issue I've had so this is the first time I've had to deal with customer service. Horrible. They changed the way it gets shipped so its been sitting in limbo for a few days because they said someone wasn't there to receive the package, which I was. They didn't try to reach out to see if there was an issue with my address, nothing. I cant get a response from the company or get any solution through the shipping company. Im at a loss because now I just want a refund and I feel like id have a better chance of getting it from one of the rocks out front of my house. Sad but ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Legitimate Site with Help that Helps
Anyone shopping this site has likely experienced the sketchy vibes of your local vape shop, or a questionable website you've never ordered from and you wonder whether you're CC payment has just disappeared into the ether of the internet backrooms. While I've only placed a few orders, I can say that VapeJuice Depot is a legitimate site with legitimate customer service, who actually communicate with you when you have questions. When one of my items was out of stock on the first order, someone reached out directly to ask how I wanted to resolve the problem. Getting a human is a big deal for me, when everywhere else has turned to bots.
I will say that logistics and delivery service could be better! I've used competitor sites whose shipping partners are far superior, but they stopped carrying what I need. With that said, four stars is my fair and honest review.
