You sent me the wrong juice!! You sent me cubano silver smooth creamy cigar,i wanted just the regular cubano silver!! I would think a vape juice place would know the difference!! You do not mention anything about smooth creamy cigar on the page i ordered it from!! Chris Tarry

Customer service was quick to give a helpful response. I did have so many problems a tually placing the order. It took a whole week, using different devices, and having to transfer money yo use a different card to be able to place the order by which point one of the products I chose was out of stock. Then I had to verify my age way after I made the order instead of when I placed it which in turn delayed my order being shipped.

Everything is top tier, customer service/all the types of vapes that I enjoy/website easy to navigate/prices are pretty good. My new favorite site to order vapes from but the excise taxes are killing me,but cant complain since it's Washington taxes that do this to me! Im glad the warehouse is a couple of states away & the shipping does happen fast which is awesome
