awful customer service

I placed my order in July, I expected delays as bits were being made. But on a friday afternoon he sprung the news on us that it was going to be a monday delivery early morning and as I had stated from July I wanted to do a bank transfer, this gave me no time to organise it. So he stated the delivery would take place after his holiday on the tuesday after bank holiday. My chap who was putting the interior in had delayed his holiday to do the fitting, so now he is delayed. Considering I am spending a lot of money with them I expected better.
