I recently had the pleasure of having Naiose help me design my new bathroom. I started the process in the Downpatrick store & followed Naiose to Newry when she was transferred. She is so friendly & helpful and has a keen eye for design. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I had a few hiccups during installation and Naiose went above & beyond to fix any issues. The level of customer care I received was unbelievable. She is an asset to the company.

Philip was very knowledgeable and took the stress out of buying the bathroom. The guys were very patient and always happy to help.
They don’t have a showroom so you do need to pick from brochures and or go view your furniture elsewhere.
Regarding delivery we agreed on a date and everything arrived as scheduled and no issues.
Cost was great. I had looked around various other bathroom providers and Philip was by far best value. Great quality furniture reasonably priced. I priced everything like for like elsewhere and Philip came in notably lower than the rest.
Speak to Philip before you buy your bathroom you’ll not be disappointed.

We needed to replace the dampers in a self closing toilet seat that was purchased from the Boucher Road Branch about 6 years when getting our bathroom refurbished. We were unable to identify the make of the Toilet bowl or seat having misplaced the original invoices etc. However, thanks to the patient and time-consuming search which Phillip undertook he was able to retrieve the invoice and identify/supply the replacement damper.
More recently we found that Phillip was more than helpful when we returned and sought information about choosing the correct size of radiator for our bathroom. He patiently explained the options and even allowed us to borrow a colour swatch overnight.

What can I say about Klaire? ( Lisburn )
From the moment we met her we just clicked, she understood exactly what we wanted in the design, understood our budget and her enthusiasm for our new bathroom was unreal!
I cannot recommend her enough , all I can say is if anyone is thinking of a new Bathroom visiting Klaire is an absolute must!!!

We bought an en suite and shower with double glass doors in April 2021 from your Boucher Road branch. Unfortunately one of the hinges recently broke and we visited Montgomery Rd branch to get a replacement.
Philip very quickly found records on line of our original order and identified the make of the hinges. He then phoned the original suppliers and was able to order a replacement which he managed to negotiate free of charge!
Today we collected the park and couldn't thank Philip and his team enough!!!

We were considering getting our bathroom renovated, we decided to call with the Montgomery Road, Belfast, showroom to get some ideas on what our options were. We started talking with Phillip who showed patience, consideration and knowledge in explaining the benefits of the different products we were asking about. We were impressed by his customer handling skills and ended up purchasing a complete bathroom package (which looks amazing now we have had it fitted). We trusted Phillip in the way he had handled everything, we even went back to purchase a mirror. Well done Phillip, Mathew and Bradley, a great team who are terrific assets to your company!

We bought our previous bathroom suites here and went for a new one this week, but the staff never looked the road of us and were generally uninterested when approached, so we went off to the very attentive HF instead.

I think I might have a renovation compulsion! And every time I want to upgrade a bathroom or en-suite (or even a full heating system) for the avoidance of doubt, I shop around and every single renovation I come back to Bassetts. Their service, quality and value for money just won’t be beaten. Special thanks to Klaire who literally gave up her lunch to help us, and who recently sourced a bit of an obscure item I had spent weeks searching for; she had it ordered within minutes.
I have no hesitation in recommending to all our friends Bassetts in general, Klaire in particular and not forgetting Andrew from trade.

Philip, Matthew and the rest of the team at the Montgomery Road branch are absolutely fantastic. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a new shower and enclosure from them and they couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and I rely on their solid and reliable advice.

We recently bought three bathrooms with Brenda in Portadown. This is our third time buying bathrooms with Brenda over a span of 23 years. She is absolutely excellent, a wealth of knowledge, a great eye for style and advised lots of extra details. We had a great experience. We used (upon Brenda’s advice) the recommended fitters and were very pleased with the results. Our en-suite bathroom needed electrical work and repositioning of some sanitary ware and this was achievable with Stevie’s skill. Dylan’s tiling was perfect and he was the most pleasant young man to have working in our home. All of the men tidied up each evening and were very respectful of the level of disruption having three bathrooms done one after the other. It was very well planned, so that at no point were we without one sink, or one shower or one toilet. I would highly recommend Brenda and Bassetts.

Had a great experience with Bassets on Montgomery Road. Philip was very helpful when I came in to organise my radiators (very last minute) he made sure to help me find the most suitable for my rooms and what would arrive on time! Then when they did come gave me a call to let me know they were in the warehouse ready for collection!

Needed help with our old storage heater and Phillip and the team at Montgomery Road, Belfast where a massive help, they saved the day. All of them where friendly and helpful, they know their stuff and gave good advice cannot recommend them more. Thanks guys.

Seriously I can save you so much money and time if you simply avoided this very unprofessional company.

Purchased three expensive items from them. One was a shower that didn't work. After much delay they sent the wrong part which meant additional plumbing fees for nothing. There was a two month delay to get another part. They delivered a hand sized box with a large truck and damaged my property.

They ignored all letters to get my property fixed and only responded when I threatened legal action. They eventually paid for the damage.

When my plumber went to fix the shower it still did not work, incurring yet more plumber costs. I sent a letter asking for a refund which they ignored. I had to schedule legal procedures for them to give me my refund. I am still out of pocket for plumbing fees and still have no working shower.

I also bought an expensive tap from these people which also broke in the first 3 months which needed another part sent out.

Clearly this organisation has ZERO customer service and is obviously selling sub standard bathroom products.

I would not recommend this very unprofessional company who have the worst customer care I have seen in a while and are selling sub standard bathroom products.

Avoid.

Purchased a Mira electric shower which had to be fitted immediately and when the plumber installed it the unit was faulty. I returned an hour later to the showroom and explained it was faulty and requested a new one to replace it. The gentleman explained that he could not exchange it and I would have to contact Mira directly to book an engineer to come out and inspect the unit! I was totally shocked I had literally only just been in and desperately needed the new unit. I explained that I had only just purchased it as he well knew because he served me but he was having none of it. I had to call Bassets head office and explain they could not believe what was happening and immediately rang the store in Enniskillen where they told the gentleman to exchange it. This should not happen and as a consumer I had rights but he wouldn't listen. Totally unacceptable I could see this might be the case had I of returned it weeks later but an hour later! The box had previously been opened and was badly damaged when I bought it so I am guessing this may have already been returned previously. I had to waste time I didn't have rectifying this and staff should be made aware of the laws around the return of faulty products. Will never be back or recommend.

On the recommendation of our plumber we went to Bassetts for the bathroom fittings, radiators and plumbing supplies for our new house. We experienced excellent service regarding our bathroom items but have experienced the worst ever service regarding the supply of 12 radiators with at least 6 incorrect deliveries, wrong colours, wrong sizes, incorrect fittings, promise of a site visit that never happened and lack of updates, etc. It came to the point that my wife actually visited the branch, highlighted the rads required and guess what? The wrong items arrived. We are now moved into our house and still await one radiator and the fittings for another. We have been so patient but the service was beyond poor. Also, one of the staff on the trade counter is not very pleasant or helpful. When I asked a question I he informed me "he was not a plumber". On another visit I went to pick up an order. I queried whether the items would fit in my car and he told me he knew nothing about what was in it and pointed to where the items were. He then stood at the counter and watched me load the items, I then asked were the lengths of piping part of my order and he replied yes but he never told me this initially. Upon delivering the items to my plumber I asked about the individual and he confirmed that he was rude and had been very condescending to his brother when he went to collect an item.

Wow 🤩 I am so happy with my new bathroom. It is just amazing. I keep going in and looking at it 😊I just love it 🥰.

I really appreciated your expert knowledge of what bath and toilet would work best to maximise the floor space with the walk in shower. It has exceeded my expectations. I was able to tell you what I wanted and you helped find and order me all the pieces right down to the beautiful arch shaped LED mirror and it’s come together just beautifully. Klaire did a fantastic job liaising with the plumber doing the bathroom refurbishment so everything went smoothly. I now have my dream bathroom 😊

Great service from Martin at the Newry branch, nothing was too much bother. He helped us fit out our ensuite and bathroom. We then decided to buy our tiles for our hall and utility room. Great products and service would highly recommend. Thanks Martin
