The mat which I originally received was…
The mat which I originally received was found to be of a good quality, but had the wrong inserts fitted to it to allow me to secure it to the floor of my van.
This small issue was dealt with in a very professional, polite and time efficient manner by Chloe. The correct inserts were sent out by post and a simple swap over was carried out, after which the mat fitted perfectly!
In my opinion, the mark of any company is how they act when a problem arises; I could not have asked any more of this company to resolve my small problem. As such, I highly recommend them.
