Both Mats were delivered in a few days, but they had forgotten to punch the locating holes in one of the mats. I rang and left a message but they never got back to me.

A real quality product
A real quality product. Quick delivery. Will protect the floor and looks like it will last for years. Fits the Transit Custom well and looks smart. I needed to slightly trim one edge for it to snuggly fit, hence only 4 stars.
