I’ve been a huge fan of the products from Vanishing Inc for many years, but have typically purchased from them primarily at conventions. However recently on my second online order I was sent the wrong product, I contacted the help desk and they responded within the hour to rectify the issue and issue me the product that I’d ordered. I offered to return product however they instead suggested donating to a young magician on their behalf, which I shall be doing via the Nottingham Guild of Magicians. The work that Andy, Josh and the team at Vanishing have done, particularly for print media of Magic is second to none, and I give the company my highest recommendation.

Speedy service, great products, simply the best.

About a year ago when Ox Bender 2 came out I placed an order for 1, got a package for both V1 and v2! who does that! Here is my way of saying thanks.

I had a vehicle stolen about 18 months ago. I got the car back, but my ipad and my iPhone were missing. All my contacts were lost thereby, and I have had significant issues trying to get my passwords straightened out.
I could not recall my VI passwords.
Today Kyle Purnell and Jim Krenz helped me immensely!

Vanishing incorporated magic went far beyond my expectations. I purchased a trick secondhand which requires a wireless remote. The remote it came with didn’t work so I reached out to vanishing Inc. and with no questions asked they sent me a new remote and when I got it and tried it out it synced immediately. Their customer service blew me away. They shipped it the next day. I don’t know what else to say. They are truly one of the best magic companies in the world and that’s not by a far stretch of imagination. I only speak facts.
