I had a really positive experience speaking with Giorgio about my pension withdrawal and drawdown options.

He explained everything very clearly and comprehensively, was extremely patient with all of my questions, and took the time to guide me through the Vanguard website and the relevant forms so I understood exactly what I needed to do.

He was clearly very knowledgeable and informative, but just as importantly, he made what could have been quite a technical and daunting process feel straightforward. His friendly manner and sense of humour made the whole conversation easy and enjoyable.

I had a query regarding the transactions in my SIPP, which I raised with Vanguard via a secure message.
Heena not only answered my query but because it was quite complicated she rang me to explain.
She had taken the time to fully understand my query, explained it clearly, answered a few other questions that came up and then also sent me a written response.
She was an example of the absolute best practice in customer service. She was knowledgeable and had excellent comms skills.

My experience with the Vanguard web site and contact made by phone have been very positive. My phone call with Giorgio was wonderful, he was very well spoken and took a lot of time to walk me through the process of filling in forms, etc. and to explain various bits and pieces.

I had to spend a bit of time trying to work out why a payment I was trying to make into my pension wouldn't go through and Vanguard helpdesk nor the sending bank could tell me why - The helpdesk call automatically got routed through Vanguards complaints procedure because it was unresolved, and a couple of days later I automagically got an email explaining why the payment failed along with some unasked for compensation.

Ahmed asked me to write a review if I could, so here I am - I have a S&S ISA & a private Pension invested with this company. Whenever I've phoned to ask for assistance, I've come across very helpful people like Ahmed - it was a pleasure speaking to him today. I'm glad I moved my private pension to this company - it previously was with Profile Pensions & I could never speak to anyone unless I insisted for days over the phone & over e-mail, which was painful. I recently had a phone call with Oliver regarding pension drawdown. I found him straightforward and easy to understand.

I have been using Vanguard for over six years now and my experience has been very good. It is easy to invest with using several available options. The customer service is also great. For example, Eid responded to my query with patience and provided detail.

I have received excellent customer service from all the people I have spoken to, since I joined Vanguard.
I am new to learning how to manage my investments myself and they have filled me with confidence with the way they have patiently explained and guided me.
A difficult transfer of my S&S ISA over from Quilter resulted in it needing to be done manually and I was pleased with the way the team members responsible dealt with it.
Then, more recently, Daniel helped me transfer a pension over. This was all explained really well and was completed efficiently and quickly.

I just wanted to say thank you Amina for all your help today. You was so helpful and patient throughout my whole experience which this is something I'm not really good at but she got me though and sorted everything out what I wanted to do regarding Pensions and ISA.

I wish I had known about Vanguard years ago. I switched my pension to them about four years ago and the fund performance was far better than my previous provider. More than that, I found the staff to be excellent, in helping me through a new process to access regular payments. Both Robert and Neena were very professional and helpful. Thank you all.
