My son in law is a client of antwerp shop. On his yearly visits from Singapore he always picks up a pair or two. This time his size was not available. Salesperson ordered for which he paid beforehand. Size was delivered but not comfortable, so was immediately returned. He was given a return
receipt with a promise that the payment would be in his account within 8-9 working days. Its more than a month there is no sign of payment. Emails have been exchanged.
They even called from Singapore . Always there is some excuse or the other. NOT EXPECTED FROM A CLASS SHOP LIKE THAT. giving 2 stars as Antwerp salespersons are polite.

Why is a grand old brand like Van Bommel not capable to design a shoe that takes care of a ' high instep' foot?? And that despite my choosing a model with an sdjustable band over the foot! Where are your guys who know how to design a shoe properly. This is mass consumption shoot, sorry, dictated by statistics in stead of know how!
Why can other brands provide for this and not YOU? Get your act together Van Bommel!!
