Literally unacceptable
Literally unacceptable! I got sent the wrong items 3 times, and in the last order I got a pair of jeans with the zipper completely broken! And I could just see someone else returned them and the employee didn’t even have the decency to check the jeans before sending them to another person. I spent a lot of money just returning their mistakes. And now I’m trying to contact their customer service through whats app because I’m not even receiving the label to send them back. The fun thing? They switched recently to an AI agent instead, and it’s been ONE HOUR in which I’m trying to get answers that I’m NOT receiving. I’m also still waiting for the label!!! This is totally unacceptable, avoid at all costs. Low low low low company. Won’t be buying there again.
