VALR is one of the biggest scams running now

I was guided by a crypto invesment group working with Cryptoinvestmarket.com to open a VALR account and to transfer R5000 / USDT272.09 via VISA into my VALR account. For the life of it I can not return the funds to my VISA account. Their systems only work in circle not allowing you to repay your money to your own account. Then there is a an option to mail it to yourself, what a joke. Circles all over again. THIS IS A SERIOUS SCAM, BE CAREFUL, I ALSO ASK THEIR SUPPORT TO HELP ME AND THEY REPLIED THAT MY ACCOUNT IS NOT A MONITORED ACCOUNT AND THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!

Oke I have forwarded the relevant payment email to help @ valr.com . Will keep everybody posted if they repaid my USDT272.09 back to my VISA account it was paid from.

I have been on Valr for 8months. The App is great, the information is accurate. What I most like is the simplicity to navigate the App and all it entails. I recently contacted to change my phone number and they replied, however they should get live chat or something faster.

Some people are really in need to use there funding or money and the wait is ridiculous.

I requested it before done today the 7th May, so if it is done today I'll change my stars to 5 stars.

I'm just resting the service based on realistic feelings and experience I'm having so far.

VALR is a really good service

VALR is a really good service. I am using there services for more than 3 years now and never had any issues.

Only problem I have they do not have a hot line and sometimes there support takes long to assist you when login a ticket.

Other Than that I have never lost funds in anyway and your money is always safe.

I recently logged a ticket for a number change and they first ask many security questions which is frustrating but at the same time understandable as they looking out for the clients best interests.

Really a good service where you get rebates as well for encouraging people to join there team.

I feel all these bad reviews are really lies or spiteful people from competitive companies.

I initially thought Valr are scammers…

I initially thought Valr are scammers when my crypto withdrawal was put on hold, and my account under activity review. I was enraged and convinced I am being scammed, especially because of many negative reviews online concerning withdrawal holds. I contacted help @valr.com their support. I was impressed by their team who remained cool and calm through my anger. They calmed me down and explained exactly why this happened. It was for my own safety, their security system has additional automated checks in place to protect users' assets, that I haven't seen on other South African exchanges. Trust and transparency is clearly a priority for them and I commend you Valr. The problem was solved in due time. Their exchange also has the best fees, liquidity and spreads when compared to other exchanges like Luno and Altcointrader. Thank you Valr I'm a happy customer!

I am a VERIFIED KYC user. Do not use this exchange. They will implement 24-hour “holds” on your funds and when it’s supposed to be over, they will apply another “hold” for no reason. I suspect they do not have enough liquidity to cover withdrawals.
