Extremely Poor Service & No Refund Support
I had a very disappointing experience with Zolvit (Vakilsearch).
I paid ₹1,888 (including GST) on 01 November 2025 for Professional Tax Registration. However, even after several months, no proper action was taken by their team. For the last 2 months, there has been absolutely no progress or update from their side.
Due to this delay and lack of service, I was forced to get my Professional Tax Registration done locally at my own expense last month.
Now, when I am requesting a refund, the situation has become even worse:
No proper response on WhatsApp
No clear contact/support system on their website
The team has ignored multiple follow-ups
I was told 3 times that someone would call me, but no one ever contacted me
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am simply requesting a refund for the service that was never delivered, but the company is not cooperating at all.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services, as there is a serious lack of accountability, communication, and customer support.

They will pressure and scam you till you pay. They charged me for police station visit by advocate. But the advocate compiled only a response document to PS notice and never came to PS. The PS are notorious and they don't file FIR / take some one seriously unless advocate visits. Zolvit is not refunding money for the service not done. S

They are scamers don't take service
They are scamers who makeing fool people by name off work i made payment for service and I didn't recived any service so I want my refund but they guys only making people fool.
I m calling to number which I seen its off or she is not attending call one off support team first send me email she say refund already processed but after that no one responce since 2 month i cc email with uper authority they take action today after 3 month but it's totally harassment if you don't have much time to waste with them
