Communication Delay - issue resolved
Ordered a hat. Arrived, poor quality/fit. I wasn't aware this Company are not UK based & it is expensive to return items. The Company said if I reordered another product I would get a free return. My new order has been dispatched but no communication received about a refund. MATTER NOW RESOLVED. COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND RETURN/REFUND OFFERED. I suppose things are taking a little longer to be dealt with

Great material, nice and soft feels cool on my head. I love the rim and the firmness keeps it in shape. Have to adjust ties for wind, however to be fair I thinks its a learning curve. Lovely product and easy service. Thanks
