Please be very careful as a scam company are working out of China using the same company name. I have just lost a lot of money. The goods aren’t even good enough to give to charity. Very sad.

I ordered a number of items less than a week before going away. I was going to a very hot climate and I needed clothes that would give me the most protection against the sun. Luckily, everything arrived within a few days, all beautifully packaged.
The fittings were good and were an essential part of my holiday attire.

I bought a pair of swim goggles for a five year old. On use they were greasy and scratched . I tried wiping with a glasses cloth. No joy . Emailed UV as Mx within hours had a response. Telling me a replacement pair were in the post and not to worry about sending the faulty ones back! They arrived within 48 hours. Refreshing to get such good service. Well done and thank you.

Wonderful high quality UV protective products which transform summer holidays for those of us with sun-sensitive skin. We love the Coolibar fabrics and all the family uses the protective, light Coolibar hats. I would also particularly love to see more sizes and stock availability of Snapperrock or similar specialist UV products for older children aged 12-15 please. The returns policy is too complicated…
The returns policy is too complicated and should be replaced with a simple returns form in the packaging. Many elderly people would not be able to work their way through it or have printers to download labels.System does not function as it should. Excellent product when things go well.
