Just wanted to thank Crystal again she helped me set up my electric and my gas , I highly recommend her and she made the job easier finding me a much better price that the current supplier, all the process was easy to. Just be careful
Just wanted to add to my previous review. All the positive posts are because they make you leave a review on trustpilot before they pass you on to a deal that seems to good to be true.
After reading reviews and speaking to other suppliers. This company refer you to Ruby energy suppliers. They told me I'd have the lowest rate fixed for 3 yrs.
What they don't tell you is that this rate can go up 4x plus in the 1st 6 months so that deal doesn't seem so good.
When your taking out your contract they are all over you. When you want to cancel you can't get a reply.
Never a truer saying than if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is..
I'd recommend Uswitch where it's approved by offcom.

High pressure scammers
Thought high pressure sales were a thing of the past. Made out like they were doing me a favour. Saying I bet youve been hounded with calls!? Yeah only from these scammers.
Once I decided I wasn't going to be using them, continued to call, getting increasingly aggressive. Even had a call from the MD to tell me about their benefits.
Never trust a company that has to constantly tell you how honest they are!
Dread to think what I would have actually signed up to.

Fantastic company super helpful and friendly
I have been inundated with calls this morning from brokers as we have taken on a new business. Thankfully I answered the phone to Olivia who has been amazing. She has found be the best providers for my business in no time at all. She has been nothing but helpful and efficient and most of all friendly. I found that others I had spoke to this morning were very pushy and trying to rush me where as this was not the case with Olivia.
