There’s nothing special about the energy we sell. In fact, it’s exactly the same energy as all our competitors provide. But there is something special about the way we do it. Where others complicate the process, we simplify it. Where others confuse customers with hidden terms, we’re an open book. And where others do all they can to make as much money from their customers as possible, we do all we can to make as little. Everything we do, we do it differently. Our customers are a privilege. One we’ll never take advantage of.

Animal Charity saved money on overpayment of VAT
It was Utility Aid who suggested we might be able to claim overpayment of VAT due to our being a Charity.
They made it easy, and quick, to complete the necessary paperwork to do so. They did all the work, and in a very short time were able to save our Charity a considerable amount which can now go towards the animals we support.

Great Support from Utility Aid - Thanks
Engaged with a number of members from the Utility Aid Team; to review the amount the Council were paying for our utilities. All were very knowledgeable, helpful & supportive. The review process was very simple and detailed responses were provided, enabling the Council to make an informed decision on our future suppliers.
Would fully recommend engaging with this Team.

Great service from Fred and Jasmine
all the staff I interacted with were really patient and friendly, and not at all pushy. They genuinely felt caring and wanted the best for us. They were very professional in their handling of the account, and patiently waited as I had to obtain the go ahead from Trustees. Our Account Manager (Fred) was super helpful in continuing to reach out when I was available, and being patient with me. We are really happy that we have been guided to save around a thousand pounds with almost no intervention on our part!

Always willing to help and have a professional approach to what they do.
Have just been guided by like through a transfer of our water supply to a new company which is going to save us money something that as a small charity is particularly useful in these difficult times. The whole process has gone smoothly with the minimum of involvement from me which as a volunteer trustee its great.

The team at Utility Aid are fantastic…
The team at Utility Aid have worked really hard to correct many bills where we were charged 20% instead of 5% VAT. This money which amounted to more than £1,000 has been refunded to us via a credit from the energy company, which is such good news considering we're a small charity. Thank you to the team.
This is the second time that Utility Aid have managed to retrieve money for us. Back in 2020 they worked on our Renewable Heat Initiative (RHI) which had been overcharging us for years, and they got back many thousands (can't quite find the detail). I would fully recommend Utility Aid and we will definitely work with them again.

Worthwhile service
We got two things from Utility Aid (1) £200 annual saving on electricity and (2) independent energy audit of our parish hall. Both were useful, and delivered efficiently despite some technical difficulties.

Utility Aid & Alex Jennings - Cheaper Utilities Contract
Alex Jennings was a great help in getting us a better contract for our water supplier. The initial quote was high due to burst pipes we experienced but Alex managed to get us a better quote based on previous years usage.

We had a worrying experience with SSE. An imminent Direct Debit for several thousand pounds when it should have been just a few hundred pounds. Trace got this resolved for us.

We have used Utility Aid for a number of years; they have found us great deals; saving our charity money. Trace and the rest of the team offer great customer service, always quick to respond and have resolved a number of issues regarding our electricity supplier's invoicing, most recently identifying a VAT overpayment which has now been refunded.
