Very efficient bank
Application to open an account very easy to follow. Website easy to navigate. Making payments are very quick and you are notified straight away when payment is received. Then a day or so later you get a confirmation letter. Very efficient.

Excellent experience and great customer service
The process of setting up a trust bank account was made very easy by using United Trust Bank. We'd been trying to do it elsewhere for months and once I'd contacted United Trust, the account was open within a few days, which was brilliant. Our Relationship Manager's service was excellent and helped me through the process, and communications afterwards have been simple and efficient too. They are very responsive and helpful and we haven't had to wait long for a response. Can't recommend highly enough.
