Great bank & brilliant customer service
I have been with this bank awhile now. A great bank to invest your money with. They offer good interest rates for Bonds and ISA accounts. It is an online account but you can contact the bank via telephone or secure message. I had to give ny maturity instructions for my account which was very easy to do online. A great bank with brilliant customer service, which I highly recommend.

Poor sevice
I opened 15 months FD on 24/7/26.I have already two joint account with UTB.So I want to add my wife's name in this account.I was adviced to contact UTB by email which I did through secure line .But until this evening no one read my request which is unacceptable.

Problems opening account but a positive response
Our savings account is now open, the product looks good and the staff are extremely helpful. Opening the account took way longer than it should have done, which initially dented my confidence, but I am encouraged by the positive response from the bank, and the improvements they are working on.
