They never sent my order. I’m still waiting and they do not reply to emails, messages or calls

Terrible. The shoes I purchased are too small. The wallet that is meant to be leather does not appear to be leather at all. And I only received two out of the four items I ordered and paid for. I have sent two emails, a message on messenger and a message on WhatsApp and have had no reply. I'm out of pocket about $150 and the two products I did receive are very disappointing.

I ordered Mickey, shorts and jeans which arrived after my vacation (which i needed them for). i have emailed them everyday since Oct 1st, with no reply. If you order from this company, I hope you have no flaws or inquiries. They do not reply to emails and there is no contact phone number.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! I purchased Mickey and Minnie shoes that were shipped July 11, 2019. When they arrived they were burgundy and not red and they are extremely wide. After contacting the company via email July 26, they asked for pictures on July 27. I sent them and got no response. I emailed again on August 7, August 16 and September 3 and have yet to hear from them.

Bought a bag and a pair of jeans. Both were super cute and comfortable! Got my package super fast as well!

I bought two at first for my two daughters,and they were so leased with them,I decided to treat myself to one,and I am very pleased with it .it is both useful and practical,not to mention fashionable !

I ordered 2 - grey and red. They are exactly as advertised and am very happy with my purchase. One was for my daughter, and she is thrilled!! I hate carrying a handbag or purse when I’m shopping, so this purse works perfectly. Thank you very much!

I ordered the adorable disney jeans and T-shirt. I ordered 2 sizes up since they run small. The items were so small I could not get my whole leg thru the pants. T-shirt was super tight. I emailed them 4 times with no response. I wanted to return the items. I finally went to the UPS store and it would cost me $100.00 to send this item back to China. I couldnt believe it. I decided to keep the items even tho i will not be able to wear them, nor is there anyone I can give them to. I was advised that even if I spent the $100, there was no guarantee it would be delivered to China. The outfit was not as described. Very cheaply made. This is a disgrace that we order items and cannot return them and there is no customer service. I will never order from USTREET STYLE again. Terrrible customer service.

Ordered a Mickey Mouse Sweatshirt XLG must be an XLG child How can I return this item.On the back of sweatshirt says Minnie Mouse instead of Mickey Mouse. If there is an adult XXXLG would take but I think this is a childs XLG just want to send back

Absolutely perfect for my Grandson! My 5 star rating goes beyond 5. Let me explain why. My 3 year old Grandson LOVES Mickey Mouse. He also LOVES the color green. No it's not John Deer green. His favorite green is the light yet still bright but NOT neon green. So when shopping for a Mickey Mouse backpack with this 3 yr old... Gma had her work cut out for her. Mama looked for one but it was red.... he said NO! GREEN MICKEY MOUSE. Daddy and mommy tried many different stores. It could not be found. So Gma decided we would search through the infamous google and see what we could find. We found alot... and I mean ALOT of green backpacks.... NONE WERE THE RIGHT GREEN NOR DID THEY INCLUDE MICKEY MOUSE....until... USTREETSTYLE.COM!!! Let me tell you... not many 3 yr olds KNOW what it is that they want when they see it but, this one did. He saw this backpack and Gma bought it. I was a bit skeptical of this purchase but hey... Gma HAS to make the baby happy. It took a little while to get here seeing it came all the way from China. Everyday after school and even on weekends he'd ask if the boat with the mailman got him his backpack yet. Well TODAY it did and it was SOOOO worth the wait. It is exactly as expected and more. The color green is true to its core. It is of great quality. Wonderful stitching makes sure it's gonna be around for along time in one piece. Durable canvas that is machine washable and hang to dry for long lasting durability makes extra sure it can handle the roughness of a 3 yr old little boy or girl. Non slip straps so the backpack doesn't easily come unstrapped... causing a horrendous melt down... first you do have to figure that one out bc it doesn't come adjusted already. It is also made with extra padding. Both front and back are padded with nice thick foam padding. The shoulder straps are perfect size for little shoulders. The price was a bit more than I would spend normally but after promo codes and a WONDERFUL back to school price cut, I only paid $24,20 and the best reward is yet to come.... seeing his happy little face when he wakes up from nap time. Thank you USTREETSTYLE you made one VERY SPECIFIC little boy VERY HAPPY and a Grandma will treasure the smile on his face forever!

I received my shoes and little did I know these were coming directly from China! Had I know I would not have bought from this company. I opened the package and the box was crushed and one of the shoes had a peeled strap which I don’t think I should be stuck with. I sent them an email over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response.

I am so glad to have found UStreetStyle! They not only offer amazing products, but they do so at such an amazing price! The large capacity backpack was perfect for my last Disney trip!

I placed an order for a jeans on May 24, 2019 and I still have to keep it. also when I try to trace the package, he tells me he is doing back and forth from China, but he is not coming to Italy. I sent 4 emails to customer service and received no reply. Bad.

I attempted to contact USTREETSTYLE to return the item back on March 22, 2019 and yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed in the business practice. I’m disappointed that USTREETSTYLE does not make returning item easy for customers who are wanting to return an item.
Ustreetstyle really does not want to make contact with customers who are not satisfied with their product.

I ordered the backpack for my daughter and it was delivered within 9 days. Both my daughter and i were very happy with the purchased. The backpack is really nice and my daughter use it everyday. Thank you for the efficient service and great bag.

Love this bag. I use crutches all the time and i really got this for around the house so i had my phone on me all the time for emergencies. Its great and not bulky or heavy and wear it all day and hardly notice it's there. Soft leather too. So much better for me when shopping and not struggling with shoulder bag getting in and out of car. Ordered another for my neighbour who noticed how neat it was.
