Gave it a five so someone can read this...worst company ever..they lie about sending gifts but take the money...paid with credit card and they couldn't even find them to do a report...bbb never heard of them because no physical address...they are the worst...and for the lady who claimed to have gotten a bag, she a bold faced liar...no way possible!!!!

I never received a refund or the product I ordered. This is a scam site. They don't reply to my emails in English. They keep saying will receive in a few weeks. It's been over a year. No phone number to call.

July 2020 I was suppose to get a purse. They wouldnt tell me where it was or when it was coming and then when I demanded a refund they REFUSED. My goal is to not let this happen to anyone else and grt there site taken down and I wont stop.

Likewise with majority of others, order in June 2020. Never received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered from this company, never received my items. I contacted PayPal with the receipt from the company and received a full refund from PayPal. If you used PayPal please reach out to them.

Been over a year and these frauds have the nerve to scam hard working people. Nonthing u can do. I advise no one to order from them. Been over a year never got anything or my money back. Noe they dont even respond at all. Shame on them. N anyone who orders from them. Dont do it..and its no way to report them or call..

I got scammed i ordered a mickey mouse purse wallet and phone case for my birthday back in July of 2020 i got a tracking number but it wasn't real they had me tracking a package that didn't exist then when i emailed them they kept saying it was on the way then i wait weeks email them again no response here we are a year later July 14th 2021 still no response no merchandised no money sucks! but they are scam artist beware!

I had placed an order in August of 2020 and after speaking to a representative 3 times telling me to hold on that my order was on its way it is now June 30 of 2021 and I still haven’t received my order and they won’t even respond to the emails anymore such a scam

I've got one even better. I placed an ordered on May 2, 2020 as a birthday gift to myself purchasing a mickey mouse purchase & a diaper bag for my soon coming son who was due in July 2020. It is now May 14, 2021 and I have yet to receive the items that I purchased. After several contacts with someone who was suppose to be customer service by the name of Taffyta who's only response was always " to wait more time" I don't know who can do something about this but they needed to be punished & sued

I wish there was an option for no stars! I placed an order on July 19, 2020... ALMOST A YEAR AGO! I still haven't received anything. I got a confirmation code but of course I wasn't able to track my items. I did a follow up with them on November 14, 2020 and the response I got was that it will arrive soon. I asked where their company located and no response. I followed up again on November 30, 2020, they said I'll get my items in a week. One month later I still didn't get anything. I reach out to them again, their reply "Pls wait more days". 5 more follow up emails to them and no reply. So DISAPPOINTING!

I purchased 6 clothing items, a pair of shoes, & a purse. I didn’t receive 3 of my clothing items & one pair of shirts, we’re not finished and didn’t look like the picture at all. All 3 pairs of clothing, were jean items and none of the buttons were cut out for you, so you had to them. I reached out regarding the issues and even sent pictures & was told I would get a $10 credit. I told them, No!! I’d like either the item or a credit back to my account. Someone, emailed me back and stated, they’d give me a credit of $20.00 on account, to purchase something different. I again, stood firm and said, NO!! I want the item or credit, cuz I still haven’t received 3 items that I paid for and a correct one. I NEVER received another reply after that. I’m out the outfits and the money!!!!
They are a FRAUD & TAKE peoples money. I did dispute it & again NOTHING!!
NEVER BUY ANYTHING!!! UNLESS, YOU JUST WANT TO THROW YOUR $ AWAY, RECEIVE INCORRECT ITEMS, OR NOTHING AT ALL!!! I will NEVER WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I ordered a purse and wallet on Sept 30th of 2020 still not arrived! Beware and do not buy.

Ordered a hand bag in September of last year and never recieved it. This place is a total rip off. Do not do business with them. They can not be trusted, it's a big scam. It was a 100$ lesson learned!!

I have ordered from this company before, and always received my goods, albeit a long time after ordering. However, last October I ordered two bags, one for myself and one as a birthday present, and neither have arrived. I keep emailing them, but get no reply. Very angry and disappointed as I thought this was a genuine company. I guess they ran out of stolen goods, so can’t honour any more orders, and are now just taking our money! 😡

This site IS NOT trustworthy... Pretty sure I've been scammed :(

Ordered 2 Mickey mouse suitcases and a shirt and jeans set. Neither have ever arrived. For almost 9 months now customer service says keep waiting it will come. If not we will refund. Well, nothing has arrived and now they are ignoring me because i have asked for my refund. SCAMMERS!!! Do not but from here!!!!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Yes this is a scam. They promise items get your money and split. I paid for 5 Disney bags 4 the same and 2 different on a separate order a couple of days later. That was over 7 months ago. I never received a thing. And they refused to refund the money. I told them “ that is called stealing “. Don’t send any money to them. This company does not exist. CATFISH.

Update. Turns out wrong tracking number was given by this company we don't know if accidentally or deliberately but no reply from this company. So if they don't want to be reviewed as a scam. Surely they would reply.

Question. Has anyone ever got what they ordered from them or got a reply from them?

My cousin ordered something a number of months ago and never received it but the strange thing is I'm getting the run around from an post saying could be a scam but on an post website the tracking number is down as been delivered and an post told me it was delivered but when to god only knows, so why would it be down as delivered if it was a scam? Anyone else has the same issue?

We ordered Disney rings back in July 2020, 7 months ago, and still have not gotten them. I tried e-mailing them, and they just said we would get them soon, like 2 weeks. That was last summer. They made an excuse that COVID will slow it down, but that is a poor excuse.

I cannot find any record of my order on their site either. Also, the person who responded to my e-mails signed as "Taffyta". That is a Disney character.

This company is not to be trusted.

It's been almost a year and I have yet to recieve my order. They will NOT answer emails, messages nothing. Over 200.00 dollars. SCAMMERS nothing BUT A SCAM. Always wait a few more days yeah bullcrap.
