SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Did not send the product. Their customer service kept claiming delays until it was outside of the window for dispute.

I think that it may be a fake company.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WAITING FOR MONTHS . THEY GAVE ME A NONE WORKING TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM THEY JUST KEEP SAYING ITS ON THE WAY ITS COMING IN A WEEK AND IT NEVER COMES . AND THEY EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND AN EMAIL TO REVIEW PRODUCT. WHEN THEY KNOW THEY DIDNT SEND ANYTHING. EVERY TIME I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO WRITE BACK.

yang12zhou operates a number of seller accounts all fraudulent, I bought an electric mountain bike 4.0 fat tire widely advertised on Instagram and from T.O.P. received a reply once from Ustreetstyle, using Paypal. Seller gave a FAKE tracking number Australia Post told me it didn't have my name or my address on the parcel. Paypal eventually refunded but wanted to protect the seller at every stage. The paypal email they say is on the page is not anywhere on their site and they don't look at your case unless you are on the phone. Don't use this seller and avoid paypal.

Placed an order in July, still waiting for my item. Requested a refund which has been ignored. Do not order with this company.

I ordered an item from this ‘company’ on 14/07/20. I received an email on 20/07 to say it’s on the way to me (from China so I knew I needed to wait a little longer for delivery and appreciated that). I then sent an email on 15/08 to chase my order as I tried to track it on the website and it threw up an error saying the item was not in the courier system. I had to chase the email on 21/08 as I had received no response. I received a response on 22/08 to say the item will arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and no item. I emailed again on 07/09 for an update, received a response on 08/09 to suggest item would arrive ‘soon’. I emailed again on 21/09 and still nothing. Response on 22/09 was exactly the same as on 22/08, item will arrive in 2 weeks.

Do I think this item is going to arrive? No. When I go on the website and check it for a second time, do I think it’s legitimate? No. I would love to meet any of the people they claim work for the company on the website- I think we will find the images are off Google!

Also when I’ve tried to post a review to warn people off this company, it is automatically deleted. You will find that only reviews that are 3 stars and above make it on the website and most of them are clearly entered by the company themselves.

I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and been ignored on that request.

This is SCAM i order the item July my order came after a month and one is missing. Many times asking where's the item always saying on the way. A lot of excuses because of covid-19 your item delay bla bla ..And I'm asking for refund they refused. Don't order anything from this company. They are scammer. Shame on this company , you should be banned selling items online. Zero stars...

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have now waited 5 months for my package and they just keep telling me to wait more days due to covid and telling me it is on its way and there is NO tracking info! I spent over $100 dollars and have been requesting a refund and they refuse to give me my money back. DISGUSTING. literally so frustrated at this matter and I hope nobody else goes through this.

Zero stars is what they deserve. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. First, I ordered in May and didn't receive a tracking number until July. It's September and I still haven't received my order, just an email from them in broken English asking me to wait "more days." If you look at their company page they have phony pics of their "staff" looking like All-American Disney fans. When you dig a little deeper, you discover their product is made in China and shipped from China. With an internationial company I gave them a little grace with the shipping time. But now, four months from the time I ordered is too long. Save yourself money and aggravation - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

i cant believe i fall for this, wish i had read this reviews before, they also do business with kbooa.com/ but same contact email , never received my order, got false track number thru paypal, trying to make paypal aware now of these scammers, dont buy

I wish I have read this before I ordered anything from the ustreetstyle. I am facing the same issue. Ordered the products in July and till now I still have not received my shopping. Cannot track any products with the tracking number they provided. Have emailed them many times to ask for refund, the tracking number and the reason why the tracking number is not correct. They didn’t answer me any questions and didn’t explained. Just kept saying: “please wait for a few days / I promise the shipping will arrive in two weeks. If you still cannot receive your shipping I will refund you.” But they never ever want to refund me! They are scam! So don’t buy anything from them.
I also makes report on they page at Facebook and other media. Hope no one will buy anything from them anymore.

My sister bought from them and loved her bag I ordered in July my package would never track through the system they gave me in August I emailed them to found out were my stuff was at said give a few more days ... still no product no way to track I have asked for a refund we will see not hopeful. I give them 0 stars.

I got an email on July 20 that my phone case had been shipped. It is now September 15 and it's still not here. Sent them an email on August 20 and they said give it a few more days.
Update: I emailed them again on Sept. 20 and was told it would be here within two weeks. There is one week left and we will see what happens but I'm not optimistic.

Along with all the others, this is a scamming website. I bought my item on June 30 and to date have not received the item. On August 24 they said it would arrive within 2 weeks. Then on 9/4 they said it would arrive within a week. Nothing is arriving. With as many complaints as this company has had, I am surprised no one is clamping down on them for their fraudulent transactions. The rules are they can not charge anyone's account until they have actually shipped the product. They're supposedly located in NY. If anyone is near that facility, maybe someone can physically see if there is such a business at that location.

People don't order from this website I order a backpack . 2 months later I haven't received my package. The tracking number doesn't work. I keep emailing them asking for a refund and they keep telling me to wait
that it's arriving soon. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I made a claim with PayPal about this store. PayPal refund my money.

Do not buy from this merchant! After 2 months only 2 out of 3 items arrived. They gave me same tracking number for 3rd item which was invalid, all they wanted was more time but after 3 months I had to open dispute case with PayPal. Not worth the stress or risk. I finally got case closed in my favour from PayPal.

over two months later, no items. I've lodged a dispute with paypal and hope to get my money back.
