Firstly the communication by USPAAH was top notch- all my incessant calls and messages went answered IMMEDIATELY. I had such bad experiences before with other providers I sent pictures of the look I desired, asked questions about the make up used and even confirmed the arrival time of the artist on the day (!) to ensure all bases were covered!!! Everything was met with patience and all questions and queries answered. Literally great customer service

Now about the actual service I had my hair and make up done by Berta. I had previously used services like this before and was always left disappointed that my desired look was never really done- understated, barely there make up, nothing caked on just natural and flawless- Berta was AMAZING she was patient and heard my concerns and wishes to ensure all her work on me was in line for what I was looking for- she gave me a golden glow without it looking like I was hugely made up. Products used were top quality- I have a medium- deep skin tone and she had all the products required to sit naturally on my face. She has restored my faith MUAs and I will be using her forever!

Very fast and reliable app

I needed a last min manicure and I was able to book my treatment in seconds via the app. A therapist turned up at my door that afternoon and delivered a professional gel manicure in my living room. So pleased I discovered USPAAH!!!

Have been using Uspaah for a number of years now so have seen how the business and the app has evolved. It is very simple and easy to book a treatment using the app. All therapists are professional and I have never been disappointed with the treatments. It’s perfect if you need flexibility and prefer treatments in the privacy of your own home. Would highly recommend!

I had heard of Uspaah but never used it before last Christmas when I bought a massage as a gift for my boss, used to massages and spa treatments. She booked a masseuse in and never stopped using Uspaah since. A few months on and she still thanks me, telling me she has had the best massages she can remember. What’s astonishing is that she had massages from different masseuses (female and male) and the level of professionalism - and punctuality - is outstanding. Bottom line: Uspaah has two new happy customers as I can’t wait to try a massage for myself after such feedback from a person whom I know being very fussy about her massages. Thank you!!

Excellent service, as (tired and aching) parents it’s not always easy to leave the house to get a massage, and even less to have the occasion to do it together! Having a side by side massage at 8pm in the comfort of our living room and no baby sitter to pay is just the best.
