Always had the best masseuses with USPAAH and can’t fault their deep tissue massages!

We use Uspaah for booking nails for our clients in our hairdressing salon. We mainly choose same technicians as it's better for our clients to see a familiar face plus we know already that they will do a good job. The ladies are professional, polite, friendly, dressed smart and good at nails!

My haircut cut appointment was accepted, then cancelled due to the hairdresser being out of the country. My credit card was charged but I did receive a phone call stating that there would be a credit put back on it in about two days time. I asked during a telephone conversation for a further booking daytime in the following week. I was informed that this would be arranged. However, nothing happened.  I live in London SE 16 so I don’t know why it’s so difficult to get an appointment. I have now gone elsewhere.

Update on 16 Dec the amount remains on my credit card and there’s no credit as suggested

Sufia was above and beyond excellent for a mani and Pedicure. I travel all over the world and she was much better than all the rest. I'll certainly request her whenever I'm in the UK.

My third time using Uspaah for a makeover. I looked amazing (I had several compliments from strangers during my night out). So it’s a recommend from me.

As I couldn’t personally review on the website the recent sparista whom I booked recently for glamour Make Up her name was Marianne as she was really really good. Make Up was attention to detail exactly how I wanted it. The make-up suited the hair and all the attire and was very well complimented on the night.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with Andreea. Do not book her at all costs. Horrible vile individual, extremely rude, extremely aggressively. Completely put me off having any treatment. She came early by around 20 mins. I was driving to my appointment. She kept calling me. I answered and she was so blunt, where are you? etc etc. I replied politely. Said I will be on time on the dot. She hung up. Again kept calling after. I arrived. Couldnt see her. I waited 4 mins, called her, she didnt answer. Called again. She answered abruptly. I said im here. She was about 100 metres down the road. So rude. She came over. I said hello. Let her in. In front of my employees she looked at me in such a horrible mean way and said "oh now your late and you were complaining about me being early. Now what?" I simply replied I was on time, I never complained, and why so angry and rude, its disgusting behaviour and very vile. She was snarling. I told her to just leave and concluded the appointment. Avoid at all costs. I later booked Mara from Uspaah and she was lovely and friendly.

Great sparista who does my wifes nails but unfortunately i have great difficulty in rebooking the same Sparista on the App. It's so important for my wife who suffers from dementia to see the same face every week. Hopefully uspaah will be able to fix the problem

Great service for an at-home massage, booking was easy, service was very professional and price was very good.

I have had a few massages, and I really rate the therapists on Uspaah. Every one of the massage therapists I have used has been amazing, really technical masseuses who know what they are doing. I started to use Uspaah when I had a baby because I didn't have the time to travel to clinics, and it's been a revelation. My mum or partner looks after the baby for an hour whilst I get an hour to enjoy myself and relax.

The service was great, my sparista Charlene was so friendly and knowgelabe, I would definitely book this service again.

Fab home service! Suldan provided a great service; he was attentive to my needs and thorough in his execution. Will definitely purchase again.

I had a pedicure and a eyelash and brow tint and shape with Sharlene which was fabulous. Very professional lady and nice and chatty as well made me totally at ease. Lovely experience
