I WAS ABLE TO FIND DOCUMENTS THAT I NEEDED.

Forms I need are always available and word format makes it easy to modify.

The documents needed were easily found. Having the option of filling out document online or printing them and filling them out by hand is very nice

Very convenient, however a bit misleading. The monthly subscription is $8/month, but at checkout I was charged $96. I wasn't expecting that and honestly wouldn't have purchased if I had known it was to paid for a year upfront. I only plan to use this one time. On the Q&A a question is asked "What if I use this one time" and the answer said it was much cheaper with the monthly subscription and the customer can cancel at any time. Well, I was charged for the year upfront, so I guess I can't cancel at any time then...

Awful experience! I filled out my Last Will and Testament, POA, and Living Will using these forms. I sent them back completed as instructed and received an email saying they were in process of being reviewed and finalized by the company. A month later I had not heard another word and emailed them at the contact number for assistance. Got back an email asking me a couple of questions that I amswered. The next email I get says the issue has been closed. $128 later and I still have nothing. I DO NOT recommend this company at all! I work hard for my money and it didnt bother them to take it from me and give me nothing in return!

Purchased 5 minutes ago - document that was presented on website is NOT what I am can download from their inventory... this is giving me a bad case of buyers remorse... they did answer phone when I called for assistance, but that is the only good thing I can say at this writing. can only say "buyer beware" at this writing until i get my simple document downloaded.

This is a horrible scam. Do not use their services. Their ad says $8/month, but does NOT say a full year's subscription is needed for this pricing. If you want just one form, FAQ tells you to subscribe to their services and then cancel. They don't tell you that cancellation will not be retroactive, meaning, you will end up paying for the whole 12 months, when you cancel after downloading one form. Also, their form sucks. Shame on you.

Excellent Tech Support from Hilda. Unfortunately the complexities of US LEGAL FORMS and PDFFILLER was Horrible! A complex relationship with parent company and interconnected data bases.

Despite Hilda's help the contract I wanted could not be found!

I did receive a complete refund...but everything else was a very bad experience.
