Andy gave us advice on what we should do with our loft and gave us a few different options for us to chose from. The guys who carried out the work were very friendly and polite and were a joy to have in the house.  They kept us informed throughout the process and tidied up well afterwards. 
The electrician who came in prior to the work starting also did a good job and was polite and friendly too.

No payment was needed up front and no pressure was put on us to pay once the work was completed.

Would highly recommend “Use You Loft Space”. Andy arrived on time for the original assessment of our loft space. He is a very personable man and explained everything to us, along with our options. He even advised us that a spotlight would need moving, which did with no issues.
The guys arrived at 8am and covered hall landing and stairs with dust sheets. They worked around the stuff that had been left in the loft, the charge for which was very reasonable. They even vacuumed when finished. The work was carried out efficiently and all the rubbish was left on our boundary and picked up a couple of days later. Thank you so much Andy and team.

Brilliant. From the very first contact to completion, it was an easy, well explained process. The guys turned up on time, covered the carpets and cleaned up after them. They installed a new loft hatch, wooden ladder, then put in the insulation in the loft and boarded out to the regulations. The rubbish was picked up as agreed and left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend them.

Really pleased with the overall experience from Andy and his team. He gave me an itemised quote following my online enquiry and then arranged for Rich to call round to check my measurements and discuss options. We decided to have the whole loft boarded with new hatch and ladder which they did at a discounted price for the whole job. They then booked the job in for a Saturday and the team arrived as planned at 8 and were done by early afternoon. They worked incredibly hard, removed the old boards that were down already and took all of the rubbish away as well as hoovering up any dust that they had made. Fantastic job from start to finish at a sensible price.

I have a really useful loft room with a staircase which means I can easily carry things up and down. Andy is solution focussed and flexible; there was an unexpected issue with some joists, which could have been a big problem but by the time I knew about it there was a suggested plan. Everything was explained clearly which meant I could make informed decisions. Andy accommodated my wish to change the access to the loft to make better use of the available space and worked with me to create the room I imagined. The team were very considerate, punctual and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Andy and his crew.

After our loft was expertly boarded, we asked Andy and his team to transform our garage. It wasn’t an easy task, as we asked them to knock through into our utility room. But the result is absolutely stunning! They’ve done an incredible job, and we’re so impressed with how it looks. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work. Jason was particularly helpful and friendly throughout the process. Our family listened to our advice and had Andy do work for them, and we highly recommend that others do the same.

On the day the guys carried out the work quickly and to a high standard, also cleaning up any saw dust and bits of insulation etc.
