I placed an order for a used iPhone on Monday 27 April at 8:50am (Order No. 32480). The company advertises next‑day delivery by 1pm for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday.

My phone didn’t arrive until Saturday 2 May. That’s four days late and completely undermined the reason I chose this seller. I had to buy a replacement from GiffGaff instead, which arrived the very next day without any issues.

If next‑day delivery can’t be guaranteed, the website shouldn’t promise it. Very disappointing experience.

Great customer service. Used phone arrived promptly and in condition described. However it soon became clear there was a fault. Was able to speak to someone who arranged a prompt return for repair / replacement etc. I had my phone back within 4 days working perfectly. I don’t have a problem if I buy a used phone that turns out to have faults. What really matters is the after sales service etc which in this case was first rate

Competitive price. Decent customer support and phone quality is pretty amazing.

Phone arrived faulty, the camera wouldn't work properly. We had already moved everything over to new phone, so didnt want to send back to be fixed. Mobiles 4u agreed we could get it fixed and they would compensate us. Sent receipt a month ago, still waiting for refund. Now getting excuses about chasing their accounts. Phone also has a few other faults. Screen will freeze randomly and alarm go off when it feels like. All in all, AVOID!

My experience ordering a phone from this company is pour my phone had a dent in it and scuffs on phone not impressed not happy never order from you again thanks for wasting my time

Wow, the after sales service from this company is simply non-existent. When I received my phone which was classed as "excellent" condition, the rear case was cracked and there was a system message saying the display had been replaced with a non genuine part. I raised this at the time with no response. Some weeks later the phone stopped working (no face recog and the touch display not working). I have at best received one liner replies since then and have now been trying for a month to get them to collect the phone and refund. I would avoid buying from them at all costs.

Like-New iPhone 14 Not delivered

Ordered on 12/03/2025, should of arrived on 13/03/2025 and didn't. Phoned customer service on 14/03/2025 and it goes straight through to voicemail which I found strange!

No customer service, likely a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid at all costs. They lack empathy and basic customer service skills. I ordered a phone from them that was supposed to be “like new”. I received the phone 4 days after I ordered on 31st January which is fine. The same day I got the phone , I had issues with it. I could not even start the phone up. When I advised them of this , they didn’t even seem to acknowledge their fault or the inconvenience this had caused me when I’ve spend £400 on the phone. They arranged for Royal Mail to collect , and when they finally received the phone I hardly had any updates from them. The last email I had was them advising me that my phone was being repaired the Wednesday and would be sent out later that day. By the following Monday I have received no correspondence or the phone in the mail. I called them, and they said “oh yeah we tried to fix it and it didn’t work so we will just get a refund sent out to you today”

When was you planning on informing me if I hadn’t contacted you first??? I ended up getting my Money back on February 26th. Also a month after I ordered the phone. During this time I have been out of pocket and a phone. They were not apologetic. In fact I found them quite blunt and rude. Just avoid at all costs.

Excellent product excellent service
Ordered a refurbished iPhone during their Christmas shutdown period. It arrived the day after they reopened, looks to be in absolute mint condition, battery health 86%, very competitive price, very happy customer!

Ordered a phone a week ago. It said orders were taking around 4 days. Today received an email saying my order has been refunded? No explanation as to why as the phone is still available online and it’s actually even cheaper than what I just paid. No money back yet but keeping an eye on my bank!

Ordered a phone for next day delivery 7 days ago. And so far no email, no contact and no phone. They did, of course, take my money straight away.
Phoned the number on their website and it cuts you off straight away. Messaged them via messenger and it says to email them. Emailed them and still waiting.

Ordered a phone with this company a week ago still not received and have not heard anything about what going on paid for next day delivery what a joke will not buy anything else with them

Awful experience. I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro ‘like new’ and though it arrived quickly the camera was completely broken and blurry. They say fully guaranteed working phone but I should have listened to the reviews - it was anything but. Contacting customer service was a weird experience. No politeness or pleasantries or a ‘sorry’ at all. Not even a ‘hello’ in the emails! Felt really unprofessional 1 word answers, like some dude is just sat at home replying to you and you’re being a massive inconvenience. They eventually arranged a return for me and then when the day came the post report said I wasn’t home when they arrived when I was. After checking, it turns out they had mixed up customer addresses and given Royal Mail a completely different collection address to mine, and I could view this other persons address so a complete breach of data protection! So this delayed another few days. After my phone was collected I had to chase to ask where my refund was. They didn’t tell me how long the refund would take or apologise. I had to ask. It took about 2 weeks to get the money back. Complete waste of my time and very stressful. I ordered from Back Market instead who are similar priced with FAR better service. Do not use this place.

very very good company. i brought an iphone 11 in excellent condition and it came beyond my expectations. phone worked perfectly. Battery health is anmazing. overheated a little at first but the phone is amazing. Would highly recommend. Will definitely buy again.

The customer service before buying was excellent. The iPhone I received was in brilliant condition, better than I had expected. I will go back when I need another.

Thursday ordered phone for my son which was saying clearly next day delivery, on Monday just called to find out when is the delivery date, had very rude response in disrespectful manner
with the raised voice, that this particular phone took a bit longer as it is in excellent condition :)))), so I did cancel my order as luck of trust and safety, hopefully my refund will be done with no issue.
BE AWARE!!!!

Had a wonderful customer service from the people here. Communication was on point and the delivery service was super quick. Would definitely recommend a family member or friend to buy from here.
