Very good service at Southend airport only thing I didn’t like was that there was no one at the car reception desk to check the cars condition on return.
It could cause a problem if when checked the next day the inspection the condition of the car differs from the client to car company, apart from that all was good.

simple enough. quick shuttle. snapping pics of the vehicle and doing check out with someone at a kiosk worked better than expected. only reason not getting 5 stars is a brought print out of my car policy showing I had rental insurance coverage. But still had to pay $25 admin fee because AllState app log in wasn't working with their system. that $25 fee needs to be waived when someone has a full print out of a policy. but everything else was good.

The communication was great, our flight was delayed for nearly 2 hours and the guys in the office were in contact with us to keep up to date with our pick-up time. They sent a shuttle van to pick us up from the airport. The car was in good condition and the drop-off was very smooth. They drove us back to the airport afterwards.

Terrible company to do business with. They force you to get Commercial Insurance for a 15-passenger van even though you don't need a CDL to drive the van. They supposedly email you ahead of time about the insurance, then state only about 50% of the people get the email. The Insurance they force on you is more than vehicle rental. You have to pay a deposit that you will never get back. If you call customer service to inquire about the refund, they are as useless as tits on a bull, telling you to email and ask about it. Fool me once, shame on me. Hopefully this saves someone else from wasting money with these scumbags.

This was my first time participating fully online and speaking virtually with others, and overall it was a very positive experience. I had no issues engaging in the sessions or communicating in the virtual environment.
Area for Improvement:
The only challenge I noticed was that emails were coming from too many different sources, which made it a bit difficult to stay organized. It would be helpful to streamline communication through a single or more consistent channel

Booking process was incredibly simple and they actually have the vehicles they say they have (had an issue with other larger companies letting me book a vehicle then, getting there and they don’t have any of them available). The people there are very nice and helpful. Will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Very nice clean current year car. Any marks or scratches clearly identified by rental company.
A fair distance of a walk to the pickup point. On return we found out that there was a shuttle service which we didn’t know about as we had rented through a third party.

An absolutely shameful company who forced me to buy their additional insurance as the credit card I used was not in my full and exact name. I have used car hire companies at Rome Fiumicino before, as well as many other places, and this is the first time I encountered this money grabbing initiative. A disgrace.
Update: the link provided to me by the company does not have any way in getting in touch with them regarding help after the rental.
Update 2: after logging onto the website again and clicking the link as described below, there is still no way of contacting the company after the rental.

I got a great deal on a 2026 car. All possible extra fees, e.g. toll road charges, gas tank not filled, etc. were explained to me and I think the staff were upfront and honest. I have to wonder if reviewers who were not happy either did not listen to what they were told or they did not carefully read the offer before placing a reservation. Or maybe they returned the vehicle with lots of pet fur. One should expect a cleaning fee for that.
