I've ordered from USA Gundam Store several times now. Each time, the experience was superb. The site is super easy to use and to find exactly what I want. Shipping is fast and reasonably-priced and communications are clear. Highly recommended.

I've bought from USA Gundams many many times and they are very reliable as all of my normal orders arrive within a week and a half of the order date and all of my pre-orders arrived within the predicted time and the boxes are always in great shape as well, never any major damage to them. The little stickers thrown in with your orders are nice as well

Shipping was fast no damage. Items in the subscription as far as the random accessories we repeat of some stuff. If the decals and accessory pieces more matched the model set be a bit better. i say that only cause I've gotten multiple sets of 1/100th scale with 1/144 model kind of thing.

The 2 day delivery and the price of the model kit.

It is always an easy and enjoyable experience ordering from USAGS. They have a large selection of kits and figures. Their customer support responded quickly when I reached out them on one of my first orders from this company. USAGS recently updated their preorder system which is great because you used to have wait for pre-order items to come in to get your order even if some of your order was in stock. Delivery times I found were only few days wait which is not bad.

Shipping was fast and product was intact. I'm glad they had this kit in stock. Needed it for the collection. Just need 3 more to have them all. Have gotten all of them from these guys. Great service.

Selling pre-opened figures as "brand new".

Figure was still in great condition but box was not sealed at all when I got it in the mail. It was opened with minor specs of dirt inside but I will still keep it anyway because it is in fact the genuine item and they are not scalpers.

Stand doesn't work great with the figure I bought but that's the manufacturer's fault not the vendor's. Got my order timely within a week of purchase and generally was a straight forward process.

Would like to view how many store points i supposedly got from my order but the buttons on their support page don't work at all nor do they tell you how much their points discount your next order in the FAQ. Only that 1$=1 point and they expire 1 year from when you got them. There's no option to apply them to future orders either. Shipping being a flat rate of $11 instead of being included when you spend over a certain dollar threshold just makes them not a first choice to consider when looking for anything.

It wasn't the catastrophized nightmare other buyers made it out to be but I think its just because it was an obscure figure and not a pre-order.

Might consider them in the future if it was easier to contact support and actually manage your account on the site. Points also should not expire. It just turns a feature meant to create some customer loyalty into lipservice that doesnt work in practice for anyone who isnt buying bulk gunpla.
