Order came in quick. I was able to preorder the model kit and they have stated that it will be in within a month. The kit came in time just as how they have said and was able to ship it out to me quickly. My order, as well as other orders that I have received, has been packaged very well with minimal to zero damage, only damage that I have seen was a couple dents around the other box, the kit itself was in good condition. As for the preorders, I don’t mind to wait to for them to get them in, just as long as we are notified when they will be actually received. No complaints on any of my orders.

The figure i bought came in broken, asked support, they told me to reach out to manufacture, then manufacture told me to shipped the figure back to China. Which will cost around half the price of the figure. These should be cover under seller cost.

Good experiences overall. I did have preordered items that didn't get enough stock to fill, and wasn't notified. I followed up multiple years later when I noticed, and received a credit. Good communication and attitude from their representatives, but might need some help in tracking systems and fulfillment logistics. This incident *was* many years ago, and they have probably resolved any of the issues since then.
