Shoes seem to be well made, using better than average leather. Size selected was spot on. Delivery was sooner than average. Would recommend to others, purchasing from this company.

I tried ordering a pair of moccasins
I tried ordering a pair of moccasins, they looked good just what I had searched for. I filled out the form name address etc. also the on the payment page put in my credit card details. I got transferred to my bank verification page confirmed this and then nothing. No Jones bootmaker page searched for it and nothing. Back to the beginning again repeated the whole process being extra careful in case I had made an error, I was now back at the bank verification page confirmed again and once again nothing. Back to Jones bootmaker page lo and behold card declined. Phoned my bank they ran all the checks everything is ok no payment been taken but no understanding of how my card could have been declined, I'm ok with it. I gave it a few days and tried again the same, performance exactly as before can't get the Jones bootmaker page back. Have given up I liked the look of those moccasins but I'll search elsewhere again. I've heard of a shoemaker down Devon way I'll give them a look at.

You can arrange simple, low cost returns by visiting http://pavers.returns.international . Using your local postal service you can send the goods back to us for a small fee.
