DAMAGED sneakers sent

worst birkenstock ordering experience
more than a week after emailing the company that they sent me the wrong size I still haven't heard anything back. When I called last Friday to speak to someone the support rep wanted to argue European sizing vs. UK sizing vs. American sizing with me. I ordered Birkenstocks in a 40 and got a 39 in the mail, it doesn't matter what this translates to in UK sizing. Birkenstocks are made, labeled and ordered in EUROPEAN sizing. terrible terrible customer service
