So far so good with slight mishaps. I ordered a promise ring for my girlfriend as a late surprise for Valentine's Day. After attempting to verify it did not work and they sent me emails to have them do a manual verification. After this they sent me an email saying I was verified and I went back and clicked the continue button expecting all to be well... It has been about 2 weeks and I reached out and they said I never verified so I sent screenshot proof. They then told me I never clicked continue (which I did) and magically my verification was now through. Though they did try shifting blame onto me for their own mistakes which is kind of wrong, they did inform me they would expedite the process for me and that the ring will arrive in 10 business days. If it does not, I will be updating this to 1 star and contacting them again.

I’m really happy with my Darry Ring purchase. The ring looks even more beautiful in real life and the quality is excellent. The packaging was also very elegant and secure, which made the whole experience feel special from the moment I opened it. I never write bad reviews but this one was needed. My boyfriend had ordered me a ring back in December as a Christmas gift. The V-shape pink heart Zirconia promise ring.He had it specially engraved and everything. The total came out to $431. The estimated shipping date was 12-19-2025. We thought maybe since it was Christmas they were a little behind. A month went by nothing. Spoke with the AI chat box on the website and they said they were going to email us. That didn’t happened. Now another month has gone by and we contacted them again and this time asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refund because it’s been past 15 days. So not only have we now lost out on the ring but are also out $431. All we want is the ring and a response at this point. We are truly devastated by this. I even recommended this company to other couples. I will not do that again now.

My husband bought my engagement ring in this store because I was obsessed with having a DR ring, unfortunately he asked for a gigantic size, but I contacted customer service and each time they solved my doubts to date, I am really happy with the wonderful team behind DR.

LOVED OUR RINGS! Also the free gifts that included a necklace and wedding band. We did have a couple of errors initially with the names on the certificate but they handled it very quickly and customer service was very polite and on top of it! They were also able to customize my husbands ring because he needed a bigger size. All in all we are very happy with our purchase and will continue ordering. The wait is worth it. They are made to order and I don’t think 1-2 months is crazy for something this important.

I got a ring for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it she wore it everyday and took very good care of it. The diamonds were small but shined beautifully and the gold and overall build quality was great. The only flaw we found was the open design made it very easy to bend in and out. Unfortunately we lost the ring due to the design but Darry has been helpful thru the process.
