Customer service has been great so far. Needed the ring by a certain time and they expedited the order. Checked back in and the promised I will have it on time. Unless it shows up late 10/10

Beautiful concept and beautiful ring. Customer service was excellent when it came to exchanging the ring to the correct size. Although I had to wait 30 days for my order I would recommend for special gift just plan to order more than 4 weeks in advance.
