My cat of 20 years
My cat of 20 years, JacJac, passed, and I found Urns for Angels and saw that they had good reviews on Trustpilot, so I decided to order a cat pendant from their website. After ordering the pendant and considering that my cat had just passed and I wasn’t in a good headspace, I pushed the order through and then realized I didn’t order the chain I wanted with it. I sent an email asking if they could add it to the order, and I heard back immediately, and from the owner of the company no less, saying he recommends I take some more time to really consider the right piece for my cat to have as a keepsake. Since he realized I wasn’t thinking straight, he offered to cancel my order and to help me find just the right piece for me to keep around my neck with some of her ashes with me to take on my travels.
This showed me that the owner of this company and also the way his employees conduct themselves shows they care more about their customers than the companies bottom line.
I decided to have a custom order made, and I am much happier with the outcome. I can’t speak highly enough of the way the owner and his staff of the company does business and helps their customers find the right keepsake or piece, rather than just trying to sell higher-priced pieces or urns. Thanks again. I will be recommending your store to anyone who has an unfortunate or sudden tragedy befall them, knowing they will be well taken care of through the bereavement process.

I couldn’t be happier with the cat urn I ordered from Urns for Angels for my little Cookie . The whole experience was made so easy during what can be such an emotional time. We ordered a bracelet which was too…
We ordered a bracelet which was too small so returned it for a refund. Ordered a larger size, all of which was fine until we had to wait almost a month for our refund. Several emails later and a whole raft of excuses, we eventually received it. We certainly wouldn’t recommend this company :(

Ordered two butterfly urns, one arrived broken. I contacted the company, and they replaced it very quickly. Great communication, and very helpful.
