first time the canvas was broken (not there fault, looked like the postman had stabbed it). i contacted customer service, they replied within the hour (email). i actually wanted a bigger size canvas and they had no problems with me upgrading and re sending. what would have been a complex transaction elsewhere was simple. new one came within a week and the postman kept their knife in their pocket. 5 stars.
