The store is gone, it is a scam

The store is gone; it doesn't exist on the internet anymore. I ordered some dog food on July 5th and was in contact with a person from the store who promised to ship the items on July 23rd. Today, when I checked my order status, the store was gone. Even when I Google it, some pages are still listed, but when you click on them, there is nothing left. It seems like it's a scam, so I am going to contact the bank and call the police in the morning. So annoying now i have to block my credit card and order a new one

Worst online experience ever.

After an entire month, my order was never shipped, and I received no communication from the company. I reached out multiple times through their official channels and never got a response. I had to go far beyond the usual methods just to finally get in touch with someone and only then was I able to secure a refund. I sincerely hope everyone else affected receives theirs as well.

The company claimed a warehouse issue prevented them from fulfilling or even responding to orders for over a month. That’s completely unacceptable. As a pet supply store, they have a responsibility to prioritize shipments containing essential medications or equipment. Ignoring customers, especially when their pets’ health may be at risk, is beyond negligent. If you can’t fulfill orders, the bare minimum is to notify your customers and offer timely refunds.

Taking money, failing to ship, and staying silent for over a month makes the company look like a scam, regardless of the internal issues they may be facing. I will never consider returning to this store, and I sincerely hope others choose to stay away too.

This is a scam. Order#5218
Do not order from here , they take your money and they don't even respond to emails.
You can't get in contact with them.
I'm amazed that the site is still up after these many negative reviews.

SCAMMERS - PAID AND NO PRODUCT RECEIVED

Order number 3257. I have paid for cat food on the 10th of May - NO WORDS from the company since then. Have emailed 5 times, wrote on their instagram post and RADIO SILENCE. FEELS LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. BEWARE.

Upon research - the company is owned by E-COM NORDIC GROUP. VD - Per Karl Alexander Söder, 27 years old.. and the company is registered where he probably lives: Björns trädgårdsgränd 3b
116 21 Stockholm. Tried to get a hold of him but nothing so far. Hope this information helps others in the same situation..

Delivery took a long time

Delivery took a long time, I sent emails trying to cancel it cause I purchased from another vendor, but I never got a response. The website said that the product had been sent, but didn't inform a tracking code or anything. After a long time I received the product, and now I have two since I bought from another vendor.

Terribly long delivery time

Terribly long delivery time. It is not possible to track where the parcel is. I had to go buy another bag of kibble while waiting for their delivery. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
