Buyer Beware

I placed an order on February 1st (Order #22250) and received 3 of my 4 items promptly. However, one item — a Mosaic Men's Jersey — has never arrived. USPS tracking has shown 'on its way' since February 2nd with no movement. I emailed the company four times (March 25, March 30, March 31, and April 8) requesting either delivery or a refund and never received a single response. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The complete silence from this company after repeated attempts to resolve the issue is unacceptable. Buyer beware.
