Was expecting some prints from a UK company, waiting all day for delivery only for status of delivery to change to 'in warehouse', and it seems thats that. There it shall stay. Printers have had to send new prints, so birthday party missed. No contact with me or shipping company. Commercial premises so we looked back through CCTV and no attempt of delivery made.

I had a parcel delivered by UPS driver the other day.
Rang the doorbell and handed it to me.
No problem received a confirmation shortly after.
The problem is he had another parcel for me.
I didn't receive this parcel but received a confirmation from UPS saying that I had received it. Photo attached. The problem with the photo is it look like the inside of the van. UPS very unhelpful. As in I haven't heard back from them.
Appalling service. Going forward I won't be availing of their services.

I have been waiting weeks for my delivery. It was due today, but I just knew they were going to make up some excuse about why it couldn't be delivered as I could see in the tracking that it was still in France last night! No surprise, I got an email this morning to say the delivery couldn't take place as they didn't have the full address. I phoned their customer care centre and spoke to a very unhelpful person who literally read my full address out to me (so they do have it) but said it wasn't on the package so couldn't be delivered and that I would have to download their app to update the address. He insisted he couldn't update the address for me. It could only be done through the app. I downloaded the app. Can't update the address on it. Phoned back and spoke to another unhelpful agent who said they can't update the address and I must contact the sender and get them to update the address on their end. What kind of courier company cannot update address on their own system?

Ordered a birthday present for my son. It was sent with UPS. Was supposed to be delivered on March 26. March 31 still nothing. Called twice and listened to the most annoying customer service speech on how they understand my frustration. They promised twice to deliver by the end of day or at least call me back. Needless to say it didn't happen. Disappointed is the understatement. Obviously no respect for the customer.

I sent a 55 inch flat screen TV from Belgium to ireland with UPS courier service. When my TV arrived, it was in pieces. It was in perfect condition when i packed it. Since October 2025 I have not had any acknowledgement of the fact. I have phoned numerous times and was told on various occasions by the customer service in Dublin a supervisor would call back within 24 hours. I have never received a call. I have been emailing and receive automatic replies. I would never recommend UPS to anybody. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get justice - 5 months with absolutely no explanation .

They are the worst company i ever had to deal with, i tried to send a shipment today on their website, but at the end there was a pick up time problem, i called them, they gave me tec support, then they said wrong people, another number, then they said wrong number, 2 hours later i contacted DHL, more expensive but at least they are human, decent people on the phone, i will never us UPS EVER AGAIN, their website is crap!!

Absolutely appalling service. UPS have been holding my passport at their Dublin Finglas depot since 23 March with no explanation. Despite calling over six times — including a 40-minute call where I was escalated to a supervisor. I was repeatedly told my parcel was 'out for delivery.' The tracking history tells a completely different story.
No one in their call centre has any real visibility or authority. They read from the same screen you can see yourself and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
This is not a regular parcel. This is my passport an irreplaceable legal document!!! and UPS Ireland cannot tell me where it is, why it hasn't been delivered, or whether it's stuck in a customs hold. Completely unacceptable.
I will be going to the depot in person tomorrow because that is the only option left after days of being fobbed off. Avoid UPS Ireland for anything important.
UPDATE: The parcel was eventually delivered — to the wrong building and the wrong mailbox, with no notification. I only found it by chance after chasing down the driver. This sums up the entire experience perfectly. The contents were fortunately recovered but no thanks to UPS or their customer service team.

We were home. No attempt at contact made. Driver jammed large package into smaller receptacle bin outside our gate. Package then clearly visible to anyone and unprotected from rain etc.. Receptacle bin distorted by delivery driver. . We had to dismantle packaging to get the actual product out of the bin. Even so it took two of us to get it out. We have recorded photos. Appalling service. Fastway were the only good couriers. UPS joins DPD as the pits. Anybody know a good courier in Ireland.???? Anyone noticed that the 'personal' answer from UPS to a complaint is always the same response in identical phrasing from 'Raja'. Don't expect anything meaningful from UPS. They really don't care.

I’m extremely disappointed with a recent delivery experience. The parcel was left at our front gate, despite clear instructions for it to be delivered to the door. This raises serious concerns about both convenience and the security of the package.
What’s even more concerning is the behaviour of the driver. When my mother asked why it wasn’t delivered properly, he responded dismissively and, as he drove away, used abusive language towards her. This was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful.
To make matters worse, there appears to be no clear or accessible way to lodge a formal complaint on the UPS website, which is incredibly frustrating when trying to report an issue like this.
This experience has left us very upset. We would expect a far higher standard of service and conduct. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed to prevent it happening to others.

This is honestly the most dishonest service I have ever come across.
My package was due for delivery on March 04 and UPS falsely claimed they’re attempted delivery when they clearly didn’t as I was at home that day. To avoid this type of problem, I then asked for my package to be delivered at the nearby OOH POD for collection which the customer service refused to do due to the package supposedly requiring signature.
Now UPS is again pretending to reattempt delivery at my home stating they’re attempted don’t have security access when it is clearly written at the entrance that drivers need to CALL residents on their mobile.
This is an expensive package and I have been strung along for two weeks now at an impass with this incompetent service. They won’t drop the package at the collection point and they won’t call me to get it delivered at home. The UPS warehouse is more than an hour away from where I live.
This is an absolute disgrace and three weeks in this package is nowhere to be found. I paid €10 for this shipping incompetence. Absolute disgrace.
UPDATE: I reached out to the below email as requested by UPS and no answer whatsoever.

I got an email that my package would be delayed one working day because of weather on the 13th march. I contacted UPS 8am on 20th march and was advised my package would be delivered today. I called back at 12:30pm for an ETA which could not be provided. I contacted on X and was told I would need the shipper to raise a tracer as it had not been scanned since 18th. This package is at the facility in my county and I asked if it could be collected which was denied as a “thorough investigation” is needed. I need this package urgently. This service is a disgrace.

I ordered an item which originated in Italy, it arrived on the 12 th March in Finglas, Dublin- on tracking it - I was told to expect delivery on the 12th March, then that changed to the item being delayed, and absolutely nothing since it is now the 20th March. I eventually got through to customer service and was more or less told it was lost and to file a claim online but when I tried to do that it wouldn’t allow me to submit it. I rang again and another person told me to contact the seller and report it there. I am so annoyed as I can’t get this item again as it is sold out. No effort has been made to find my package in Finglas- appalling service- how can it be lost ? The onus was put on me to sort it out with the seller. Would never ever use UPS . Update- today is the 24th March-after I posted this review on Trustpilot - UPS reached out to me and opened an investigation- this led to my package being found and it was delivered this morning. A satisfactory outcome but leaves me wondering if my issue would have been resolved if I hadn’t posted this review.

they promised me my package would arrive but at the last minute they said it was delayed! also the tracker didn't update for days so i didn't know where my package was! very bad delivery services ,so if you want your package to arrive on time NEVER choose UPS. seriously why take a shipping payment if its going to be delayed anyways?! so disappointed , never going to order using UPS ever again.
my last piece of advice to you all looking to order or ship with UPS: ALWAYS try another option first because UPS can't be trusted.

So frustrating - everything automated - so difficult to speak to a human - you use couriers because the item you are sending is urgent - in my case a passport -delivery guide three days - eight days later no delivery - nightmare - UPS has cost me in excess of €500 to recover the situation - do not use UPS if your delivery is important !!!!

I wish i could rate less than 1 star, this company are an absolute disgrace we are waiting on a package to be delivered that has been out for delivery since wednesday 11/03/26, we have a very big client waiting on this product a contract worth thousands probably going to be lost because of UPS, it is now 16/03/26 and surprise surprise the package is still out for delivery
