Probably the worst shipping service
Probably the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. First of all it is not even possible to ask the delivery person to leave the package outside the door. Then they leave it in a pick up point so far away that I could even drive myself to the sender and pick it up myself. Customer service is completely useless.

Furious over your service and misinformation
I’ve been waiting for nine hours today for my UPS package, sitting around the house, watching trucks roll by. I called your customer service and was told “it will be delivered today.” That was false. According to the driver yes, the local driver who delivers to our area and who was very nice he stopped by, asked my name, checked his truck for my package for two to three minutes, and told me clearly: “No, I don’t have your package, it will probably arrive tomorrow.” That guy did his job. The fault lies with your customer service for lying to me and wasting most of my day.
If your staff had said:
“We’re sorry, your package is still in the hub and won’t go out until tomorrow’s run,”
I would have accepted it. Instead I was misled, told it was “on the way,” then stuck waiting until 19:26 only to see it marked as delayed.
Nine hours of waiting = unacceptable. Your representative gave me false hope and zero clarity.
I expect a full explanation and an apology for this communication failure—and a commitment to ensure your customer service agents stop giving out misinformation.
Extremely Poor Service and Unexplained Charges
The overall service is very poor. I was charged an extra fee that they could not explain. I have been calling multiple representatives, but none could provide me with the correct information. Then, they suggested I hire an attorney if I wanted to proceed with my complaint.
Additionally, they did not provide me with an invoice for the extra fee they charged.

I got a message saying they could not reach me unfortunately and a time stamp of when they tried. I was doing front garden work at the exact time they “missed” me. No driver ever even attempted. How can they operate a company like that??
UPS doesn't deliver
They kept my package for days,said they couldn't deliver it, and then dropped it at a place for their convenience. They couldn't find me, because I was at home, and they never made an attempt to deliver the package at my place.
UPS is not delivering at all and dispose deliveries
I had two different deliveries by UPS, I didn't get any notifications from UPS and then they claimed that they tried delivery and disposed one delivery and lost the other one!
It's crazy! I didn't even get any notifications about delivery. I even went collection point to pick it up and I've been told that it has been send back to sender, then they claimed again not being able to deliver and disposed the delivery! I asked for a proof of deliver, so far no response!

Had shipments sent fm France and the delivery date was changed 2times, last time due to ‘obstructions’ on the way for delivery - called UPS to get it clarified and got a really rude employee on the line, who clearly missed out on classes for Customer service, saying that I could Pick up the packages at their storage if I wanted them prior weekend (!)and that their chauffeurs only had private phones so could not be contacted - and no deliveries on weekend - amazing this service company is clearly not a service Company with the paying Customer as no 1 priority but serve their own selfish interests!
UPS refuses responsibility for clear misdelivery
UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and left it outside in public, where it was stolen. I provided clear proof that the delivery photo does not match the correct address, yet UPS refuses to take responsibility.
Instead of acknowledging their driver’s mistake, UPS hides behind their standard liability policy and only reimbursed me a small fraction of the actual loss (726 DKK vs. the real value of 7,315 DKK / €980).
This is not just poor service — it is gross negligence. When a company makes such an obvious mistake, they should cover the full value. Instead, I was left with no choice but to escalate the case to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

avoid at all cost
The parcel was sent (from abroad) on 15-09-2025 at 12:42 and reached the Glostrup terminal on 17-09-2025 at 05:39. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened.
It took only two days to move the shipment all the way from Poland, yet now it has been more than five days without moving a few kilometers from Glostrup to Brøndby Strand. Instead, the delivery is repeatedly delayed with no explanation.
This is not just disappointing—it is completely unacceptable and far below even the most basic standards of delivery service.

Terrible delivery and customer service
Got a large shipment, which of course was delayed but that isn't the problem. I received zero shipping notifications, even though my email was provided by the seller. Tried for about a week to open an account, enroll in UPS MyChoice and manage my package - all without succcess. Called customer support multiple times and they refused to help me, either claiming doing what I want is impossble or sending me between different support numbers

Disrespecting customers' time
For a delivery company that requires you to be at home to get their package to be so careless and keep delaying your package with barely any heads up is so disrespectful to their customer's time. Horrible horrible service.
