Used up estates for many years now. For rentals as a landlord and also for sales. Just sold again with them and process was smooth and easy( from their pause anyway - solicitors too the time) anyway. Super professional. Quick to respond and painless. Would like to thank Emily and the whole team for their time and service

Would not hesitate recommending UpEstates for the sale of your property! Although the sale took longer to complete then originally expected (due to searches). The sales team at UpEstates made sure they continued to keep the sale on track and maintained regular contact with both the seller and buyers. Emily was our primary point of contact and we were very pleased with how she took us through the sales process. Their online tracker also allowed us to keep upto date with progress of the property sale both with respect to the other party and our own.
