Bought a Lenovo ThinkPad X1C6 for about 400€, which I was very satisfied with. Only the most minor scratch on the display, but with great battery life.

I bought a "A-Grade" Thinkpad via Netonnet.se from upcycleit.com. I received a laptop with a keyboard that was not genuine. The color of the keycaps came off the keys when scraped with a fingernail, and the plastic of the keys was not near the quality of a genuine Lenovo Thinkpad.
I received no response when emailing upcycleit.com about this issue. I am very unhappy with this experience and the lack of professionalism from upcycleit.com.
Worst costumer service I've ever had. The computer could not be delivered and was returned to them. They were extremely unhelpful and made up excuses during 10 days to refund the money. A total waste of time. The seller had to step in and forced Upcycle IT to pay the refund. Who knows how long it would have taken them otherwise.
Bought a Lenovo thinkpad 490. A-grade (best possible).
It overheated after a minute of doing nothing but windows updates, it just froze up. After a force restart (5 seconds holding power button) and restart I quickly installed hwmonitor and CPU rapidly went up to 100c and it froze again.
laptop itself looked great. The charger looked like it's been stepped on for years. SSD had like 10k hours on it.
I bought a Macbook Pro on backmarket, refurbished and sold by upcycle it, rated as "excellent" (the best condition possible) and, among other minor flaws, the product I received has the bottom part of the case so deformed that the front rubber feet can't touch the table surface and the laptop wobbles every time the trackpad area is touched.
