Both my cats are doing well on the food. They are picky eaters at times and prefer the chicken meals but I think they get fed up with them so I offer the fish which they like on occasions. The fish can sometimes be a bit rich for one of my cats I did try the kibbles but one of my cat found them too hard to digest but that is the same with some other makes of kibbles. Like other customers we can only trust what the companies tell us that the food is made of best ingredients. However, there has been a noticeable improvement in their condition since they’ve been on untamed. They certainly seem healthier and coats are in good condition. One of my of cats had an operation and lost his appetite. He would only eat the chicken licks which were a good alternative with the dried treats until he got his appetite back. The service is excellent always replying at least within two days sometimes within an hour of receiving my email.I wouldn’t dream of feeding them with the types of cat foods that I have fed my cats in the past. I think we have come along way and learn a lot about what we should give our animals. So far, I had nothing bad to say about untamed the company or the food.

My cat loves Untamed. Well worth it for the difference in her coat and general health. It's the only cat product I have ever recommended and will continue to do so.

I've been feeding my Ragdoll cat Untamed for quite some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She absolutely loves every meal and, unlike with previous foods, she has never gone off it or become fussy. Mealtimes are always something she looks forward to.

One of the biggest benefits I've noticed is the condition of her coat. Ragdolls are known for their beautiful fur, and Untamed has helped keep hers looking incredibly soft, shiny, and healthy. In fact, every time we visit the vet, they comment on what a lovely coat she has and how well she looks overall.

It's reassuring to know she's enjoying her food while also getting the nutrition she needs. I would highly recommend Untamed to any cat owner looking for a high-quality food that their cat will genuinely enjoy.

This is high quality cat food, my 14 year old cat loves it and since she has been on it her weight has been the same for the last 3years (previously she was losing weight which can happen in older cats) The regular on time deliveries and flexibility to change the order selection month on month works well. The customer service team are genuine and helpful, this cat food is the real deal.

I am very disappointed. My 3 cats all refuse to eat any of the fish untamed tins. They really enjoy the chicken untamed.

Of the 58 tins that I had delivered they only ate 14 of them. I kept trying every day for a week but they just refused to eat it!

Our Untamed journey has been truly enjoyable in every way! We were introduced to the company many months ago by our daughter whose two cats had been fans for quite a while. We were very impressed by the quality, the freshness, the huge variety of products, and the fact that our 14yo fusspot rarely left a morsel. Apart from that, though, Untamed probably has the highest level of customer service I have ever encountered. They are quick to respond, courteous, efficient and in my experience nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them; it’s a real pleasure to recommend them to anyone who might be interested. We are definitely one very satisfied family of Untamed converts!!

My cats love the fish in jelly variety pack. I give them half a tin at each meal mixed with half a sachet of another wet cat food and they wolf it down. At a recent check-up for one of them the vet remarked on her healthy coat. You save money by subscribing to regular deliveries too. Highly recommended.

My older cat thrives on this wonderful, healthy food. Even the vet remarked how healthy she is and what good shape for her age (16).
Most of my cat parent friends use it too after my recommendation. I urge all cat owners to at least try it! Your cat will love you for it!

Our cats love untamed but I was delighted to find that freezing Naturelicks was a real hit during the recent hot weather. It was the perfect way to help keep the cats cool while also encouraging them to eat!

The ordering experience is great and the quality of the food looks excellent with plenty of choices. The ordering is straightforward too with oportunities to edit the choices. But our cat is not eating very well, which is why we switched from supermarket cat food. He just walks away from the food. The only way we can tempt him is to feed him very small amounts and when he's eaten that, feed him a little more until he's eaten most of it. He is 12 years old.

My cat loves untamed and the servuce and communication ia great. The issue is with the change of delivery courier Amazon, i have complained directly to them. My order was delivered as promised on saturday, just to the wrong address. Even thou clearly labeled with my address 19 they delivr to 24 and left outside in plain sight? Luckily i was in and able to retrieve, if i hadn't knowing my neighbourhood i would not have received my package. They don't have a option either to divert to a locker unlike the previous courier. Amazon have let you down with delivery.

My cat is a chocolate Burmese and 16yrs old & diabetic,
He absolutely loves this food particularly the fishy flavours, he looks in mint condition for his age and you would think he was 6yrs old! The food has given him a new lease of life, he hated the diabetic prescription food but this is all meat so ideal for him. Easy to order and update, very helpful staff too

After trying a few different combinations of tinned food, I have found the flavours that Luna likes best. She particularly enjoys the chicken/tuna versions introduced recently. I have also switched to the dry food. Both wet and dry food seem to suit her well.
I can easily adjust delivery times when logging onto my account.

I’d Previously been Worrying about my cat not eating and throwing food away everyday.
After 5 years of jelly licking, going from one brand to the next every 2 weeks, I know longer need to worry about my fur baby not eating.
Ive had to UP my cat food order from one tin to two tins per day as he actually loves it. The process was so very easy. Sent a little email to customer service not really expecting much.
BUT….
I can not praise the team enough.
Everybody from the people who produce, package and deliver your core ingredients.
The persons who came up with the recipe - Absolute genius.
The customer service team are unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful & friendly.

Secondly, delivery arrives promptly and a bonus with no excessive packaging!
In this day and age when items are packaged in a tough cardboard box, why do some companies still insist on more packaging?
