Recently joined the Cool cat club after trying their trial box. They have amazing varieties of good quality food. The cat can not get enough of them! Also they have the best customer service. Their response is efficient and very friendly. They were so helpful with choosing the samples too. Very happy that we have joined the club. highly recommend!

The range of food is really good so my cat won't get bored. I like being able to try samples of the food, as there are a few that he doesn't like as much and others that he loves. The card with all the types of food and flavours is really handy so I can keep a note of his likes and dislikes.

My Cat absolutely loves all the dishes she has tried so far. She’s a very nervous blind rescue (she was found in the road) and is a fussy eater. I have tried her on a lot of good brands and this is her favourite. She purrs and washes her paws for ages after every meal and it is a delight to see her so content.

I’m still using my first subscription box, but so far it’s going really well. I have 3 cats and they all seem happy with the meals.

The product is very good and Casey clearly likes it. It is easy to order and arrives promptly. Staff very helpful and really believes in their product.will definitely recommend this to other cat owners.

Tried cool cat club cat food because all my cat did was like the gravey off other brand and scrape the floor and have to say now she eats every and no more scraping defo will keep using

Recently moved my fussy 9 year old, (almost) toothless cat with digestive problems onto this food. It has kept him regular and so far hasnt had any issues with chomping down on the food, its been small enough for him to swallow without vomiting it back up, and he loves the fish range! The chicken and goats milk is a huge hit which is unlike him as he normally doesnt touch chicken!
I love the convenience of a subscription service and delivery, and being able to pick and chose flavours each time keeps them interested and coming back for more!
The Handwritten notes are just the cutest too!!

Love this! My cat thoroughly enjoys the food and I love that you can get three free samples per box. It’s super helpful as my cat is fussy and goes off flavours and brands after a while (usually when I’ve bulk bought something!) I also loved the little handwritten note to my cat about his food etc - just something small but the gesture is really sweet and thoughtful - another level of care and customer service. Would highly recommend.

I have a very fussy cat who will turn her nose up to anything but wiskas biscuits. I knew this wasn’t good enough for her. I researched what I could and found The Cool Cat Club. After receiving their trial box I have continued onto a full subscription. The box came with all sorts of selections and you can choose your cats favourites for your next box. Misty has chosen anything chicken! She is now enjoying a balanced and healthy diet that she loves. Works out far better and cheaper than what I was currently spending / feeding her.

Absolutely brilliant company and this is the first time my very fussy cat Zeus has eaten new food without any hesitation! A little more expensive than the previous brand but worth every penny. He doesn’t snack between meals and his poops aren’t half as smelly!! 😁

The idea of switching my boys food felt very overwhelming when considering the nutrition, the flavours and if they would like it. The Cool Cat Club made it so easy, their website is clear and fuss free to browse the flavours and request a trial box. Pedro and Cosmo are enjoying the new flavours and altering their choices to match their personal preferences is so easy! They even have more trial samples so we dont end up with a subscription of food which they wont eat. Delivery was fast and efficient (more so then me and where I would store all their new goodies) and so far so good!

you can tell the food is high quality by looking at it -

unfortunately my 18 yr cat is very finicky and after the initial enthusiasm - his interest waned.

the pricing structure is confusing -
i do think half size sachets would be helpful for older cats - that eat little and often...

continuous research and improvement needed with additions such as pumpkin options - which i believe they are doing -

a small minimum order - to allow for longer trial period would help too

and a licky treat - which is very important for trying to get medication / natural remedies into cats with health / ageing health issues

Excellent after sales service for an error that was made by myself ! But the most important thing is my two young kittens absolutely love the food the tuna in particular !! Thanks for your help again.
