An absolutely solid
An absolutely solid, well made and designed pair of trainers, you can dress smart or casual with them, I will definitely be using these guys again for my next pair. You pay for what you get and what I got was a quality pair of sneaks, I’d never heard of unseen footwear before but came across them online and I’m very glad I did. The footwear I bough was exactly as described I bought a size down, I’m normally a 7 but bought a 6 as recommended and they fit really good. Delivery was quick as well so I will be and would also recommend using unseen footwear definitely 5 stars.

Sorry they you feel the service wasn't good enough.
You sent us "2 messages" which we received and replied to when we opened the next business day, please note we are closed Saturday / Sunday as stated on the our website and contact forms.
As stated in our emails, the order was sent out within 24 business hours of the order being placed, via our FedEx international tracked service, unfortunately once the order was collected by FedEx here in Jersey they failed to scan the item into the system which delayed the order at the processing hub in the UK, the below is a response from our FedEx representative which was sent to you at the time.
"This has definitely gone, FedEx might say that it hasn’t as they cant see it in their system but I can see on the manifest that we receive from FedEx directly that it was sent. FedEx have been having some system issues recently so this is probably the cause of this but I will chase to see if they could try to clear up where the item is."
Sadly if FedEx failed to scan the order when stated there is little we can do, we shipped your order on time and with the service stated, we communicated within the times stated in our contact forms and tried to help as much as possible.
