The jewelry is beautiful and well made. I received the item quickly and did not need to pay shipping. I was notified when the item out for delivery and given options for the delivery.

I didn’t give it a 5 because it took forever to arrive. Love the piece

Pros: delivery was super fast and informative by email. Ring design and silver quality is excellent.

Cons: wished that there was an option to pick a ring box for packaging because it was a birthday gift. Also wished rings were available in 7.0 sizing instead of 6.0 to 7.5 jump (US).

Product is perfect, and just what I was looking for! Shipping was very slow and customs took weeks.

Quick shipment. Good packaging. Items look like they look in the pictures. Good quality. More sales prices would make it even better. Also please says sold out for sold out items so that we don’t waste time and then get disappointed and frustrated by clicking on items that are not available.

Appalling customer service.

I recently bought some Jewellery from their store in Seville. The girl working there told me there was a 3 year warranty on all items once I have the receipt.
After 2 weeks, the silver was coming off my ring. I’ve contacted them and sent pictures but no response. The first email was 10 days ago. They sent an automated response stating that I will get a reply within 48 hours. NOTHING.
It’s a shame because I do like their products but after customer service like this, I will not be buying from them again.

Absolutely the worst company. My chain broke within 35 days. I emailed, phoned and tried to contact someone to get a replacement as the breakage was through no fault of mine. Do not recommend and will never buy from them again. I am stuck with a broken necklace.

The heart earrings do not have unode50 stamp - I had lost an earring and wanted to replace them and these don’t look to be same quality - other one has the stamp and appears better
