Less than reliable. I place an order on February 14th it showed a 1 to 5 days time to get the code. Today is March 3rd and Ihave not received anything. Besides it is imposible to get in touch with the company. The “Contact Us” link does not work, do not even bother to click on it.
My advise: stay away from this company

Paid for unlock said instant code been processing for 2weeks tried Facebook message no reply no way of contacting them the contact us page is coming soon apparently what a load of bullsh*t just avoid at all costs!!! The site should be taken of the net!

WHY STATE YOU CAN UNLOCK A PHONE INSTANTLY WHEN YOU CANT!!

Requested a unlocking code. Paid. The site suggested 1-6 hrs until code delivery. It has now been 19 hrs and still not heard anything. No way of communicated with them. I will be making trading standards aware of this. This is unacceptable

In this day and age of easy scams how refreshing to see a website that talks to you with confidence, with support and fair prices. Communications were very good with unlocking code arriving in hours. Some trouble reading and understanding some of the instructions but maybe that's just me - look carefully for the offered unlocking codes for some strange reason they are right at the bottom of a very long page. That though is a small hiccup compared to the sheer delight of having an expectant grandson as the recipient of the unlocked phone! Recommend.

Tried ordering a code off these for £4.99 supposedly instant code but just sitting there in processing for days tried calling them but no answer tried messaging them but the messaging page doesn't send did a search on companies house and not good. I the site is a fake and I presume they just hope no one is going to try and get them cash back. I seriously don't trust them and certainly don't use.!!!

hi i have ordered unlocking code for iphone 4s order Id UO-147415-479107 it was showing that it will be unlocked in 1-3 days i paid them on the 18th September but till date no email no call and its showing processing it seems like i lost my money but plz donot use them it is fake i will post review on giffgaff as well .

The whole process was very simple, you just need the IMEI number, model, make and the network the phone is locked to. I was sent the code within three working days, and it worked immediately after entering it as instructed. You can track progress of your order which was very useful. In terms of cost, it was far cheaper than the other websites I looked at, and also cheaper than using a local specialist. They checked with me that the code works, and go through details of what to do if it doesn't.

Ordered code Sunday received and unlocked on Monday morning. Time stated was up to 3 days so very impressed . I asked Tesco to unlock it over a week ago for free(they can apparently take up to 28 days). I am paying for a contract sim so decided to paid for a code. I am now using my sim that has been waiting to go in my phone. Will use this company again if needed in the future.

Used unlockingonline twice now with success on both occasions. The second time was a little more troublesome where the phone appeared to remain locked. This was reported back to unlockingonline where the problem was looked into. Within 2 to 3 hours the problem disappeared and the phone worked perfectly on a non locked SIM.
