I started my nightmare experience with Uniwigs in Sept when I ordered the Airy Elegance in Icy Blonde Melt. The first picture shows what they sent me. I think the "melt" is horrible but they said it meets their quality standards. As a goodwill gesture they offered me a 10% refund on the piece or a 35% discount on another topper.
So after several conversations with them hoping to get a nicer blonde topper I settled on the Amber Silk in Vanilla Butter Blonde. They told me it was a bright blonde with cool and warm blonde highlights. They sent me the bottom picture showing the lovely shading in the topper. But what they sent me was this mousy blonde topper with yellow highlights. When I said this was nothing like the picture and videos they sent they told me their studio lighting can cause a piece to look brighter than it actually is. Then they said I had to pay return shipping ($15) and a $50 restocking fee. Oh! And no I can no longer have the original offer of a 10% refund. So I gave them a second chance and now I have no topper and am out another $65!!
I ended up ordering the Rachel Welch Top Billing in Shaded Biscuit. I ordered it from Amazon because their return policy is much better. No return shipping cost and no restocking fee. It is gorgeous!!! It is everything I hoped the Uniwigs topper would be. I can not believe how much better it is. Do yourself a favor and don't gamble with Uniwigs. Apparently you might get something nice. But you might not. Since going through this process I have seen several other people complaining that they ordered more than one piece and each one looks different. I wish I saw those reviews before I spent my money and time on Uniwigs.
Oh! And I tried to post reviews on their website but they are never approved. They only approve 5 star reviews.

Celestine wig is wow!
This heat-resistant synthetic wig really surprised me! The fibers feel very soft to the touch, and the natural brown color looks just like untreated hair.
I decided to slightly trim the bangs to make them straight across my lashes — just a small adjustment that’s easy to do if you’re comfortable with it.
It looks incredibly realistic, you’d never guess it’s synthetic!
I’ve styled it both straight with a flat iron and with soft waves, and it looks beautiful either way.

Ordering process was easy. Needed to cancel my original order as I decided on a different topper. Cancelation was super easy. Ordered the correct topper and received earlier than expected.

I purchased two toppers from this company one in blonde and the other in brunette.
the quality of the brunette hair has been awful. what they advertised as REMY HUMAN HAIR!! turned out to be worse looking as synthetic hair, So disappointing don't waste your money guys.

I bought breeze lace front and couldn’t be happier. The hair is soft and silky even after washing. The hairline looks super realistic you can’t even tell I’m wearing a topper. The clips are comfortable and easy on my fragile bio hair.

Always a bit worried about buying from abroad but was very pleased whole process was very easy and uniwigs were very helpful. I am really pleased with my hairline topper it is just what I have needed for years ,thank you so much uniwigs.

Cute Topper!! The waves are perfect and you can style them more together for ringlets or looser for soft waves. I love the color and the hair is super soft. The coloring is exactly as shown and a super gorgeous and classy curly style. It's very lightweight and low density. The cap fits comfortable,The price of this topper is definitely great for the quality!

I’ve ordered from UniWigs twice and have yet to have issues with receiving my purchases. They also respond quickly if you contact them which is appreciated!

I received the Camille wig from their Upgraded Purefit Grip Cap collection. The cap is snug and cozy on my head. Cap comfort is always number one in my book so I appreciate all of the little details they put in this cap to make it comfortable and gives me confidence it will stay on my head!

UniWigs is always creating new, beautiful alternative hair options for the hairloss community. Everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and very nice. A+ on customer service!

I tried the Modern Luxe wig from UniWigs!
Pro's: this wig is great right out of the box, the colour is natural, the lace isn't bad, it has good adjustable straps for comfort. I really like the length and that the fibres don't tangle easily!
Con's: it is really quite thin at the back, so it's not going to be a long term wear option and you can see the mesh with any movement.

I do think it's a great option for summer, if you need something cute in a pinch!

I have owned quite a few wigs from Uniwigs over the years and have also reviewed a few for them. I love that they carry all types of wigs, and that their prices are generally affordable! I recently has Eisley from the, and absolutely LOVE this one!! Truly a fantastic wig at a great price!

I also hear from hundreds of women who wear wigs each year, and many of them share positive experiences with Uniwigs. Definitely one I recommend!

Terrible quality hair (Burmese), incredibly dry, with split ends, patches of bleach and highlights that are brassy, lace is very noticeable, the list goes on.

I am a normal everyday person and I recently started on my topper journey. I want it known I am not an influencer and I have a large amount of hair loss due to weight loss and hormonal changes. I did a lot of research and I wanted to purchase a uniwig product. I felt that the quality and price point was appropriate for where I was in my journey. I started with a Swiss lace breeze topper at 16 inches. To say that I was thrilled to receive this product is an understatement. It’s still new so I cannot speak to how well it lasts overtime but I can say that I am so happy that I started on this journey. I have already ordered a second topper. I went with the upgraded Courtney and truffle Brown at 18 inches and I absolutely love this product as well. I am now looking into getting a custom topper made that basically combines the two in different ways. I am already feeling more confident with my hair and I am having a blast learning and looking at all the different product options.

I just got my first topper from uniwigs.I ABSOLUTELY love it! I got the Courtney in 12 inch, color is mousse brown. It’s perfect! Lightweight and SO natural looking! Great quality and it stays in place! I’m ordering another!

I bought a topper and the hair quality is really sub par. I posted a review and realised that they only post their five star reviews so of course it makes their products look great. Really deceptive.
I tried to return the topper as the hair is really bad and they said because I’d washed it I couldn’t return it. Don’t waste your money.

Update: I have not used this topper regularly as the reply suggests. I haven’t even worn it out of the house. It has been washed only twice to try and restyle it. Deep conditioned with a hair mask. The hair texture when I first received it before washing was lovely I agree but post wash it’s terrible. The solutions provided have all involved me keeping the topper that looks bad on me, continuing to try and cut and restyle it and not receiving any reimbursement so…yeah. Purchase at your own risk.

The take FOREVER to ship Anna the customer service is rude. They told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It’s now been eight weeks and when I ask about the order the last couple weeks, they just tell me we’ve already told you we’ll ship it as soon as we can.Oof!! as much money as I spend with this company, you would think they would take the time to see where my order is an expedite it because it’s two weeks overdue.
