As many say here they are scammers! I had over $40 on my account unredeemed, then one day I can't log in and support said I broke the rules ALTHOUGH when I asked what I did, as I certainly broke NO RULES they've been gutless each time and never responded!
I was foolish not to redeem my balance asap & another complaint is the survey lengths are too often far longer than stated.

So beware of this site!

Truly terrible.
Many, many glitches, poor rewards and when you get enough to get a reward they mysteriously suspend your account.

Have not received silly voucher rewards for weeks. Horrible and irresponsible support, two words - STAY AWAY.

keep your hands away , they will just steal you , 3 days to the withdrawl and they closed my account for no reason with more than 4000 points

Joined the survey site and they keep sending invites but not able to participate in any of the surveys. Received standard replies "Sorry you don't qualify for the survey". If one or 2 or 5 or even 10 surveys that I do not qualify I can understand. I have received this standard reply for more than 30 surveys consecutively. When I reached out to them, their standard response was there is nothing they can do about this.

I would strongly urged anyone wanting to join them, please do not waste your time. After reading some of the reviews here I am glad I did not get to do the surveys coz I might not even get paid. GETTING OUT.

Even though my account hasn't been blocked or suspended. I do know they still haven't paid out & that their site must have a virus since it comes up on my anti-virus. So I would beware & stay away just for that reason alone

I used to receive more than 10 surveys a day for a couple of years. Suddenly stop. Their reply - sorry, your profile does not match with the surveys available at this moment. The standard reply from the manual without looking into my case.

I contacted them through social media - very sweet, but they cannot do anything about it.

I used Univox for a couple of years without any problems, then got blocked for no reason just as I was due to receive a payment. Their response, when I asked why, was a generic email (I don’t think anybody actually bothers to look into your problem) saying that I:

‘Provided false profile information
Misused our Refer a friend campaign or other available promotions
Did not provide honest survey responses
Used foul language in communication
Engaged in any other offensive behavior.’

None of this is true.

It looks like they just don’t want to pay up. Avoid this company at all costs.

They will wait until you get close to redeeming and then say you are blocked, never giving a reason why you are blocked. Even to get to this stage takes ages as most surveys are screened out.

They close user's account with no reason when they complete enough points to request a payment. This is the way they make money, making people work for them in exchange of nothing.

for no reason why because these scammers try to sell worthless data for a few dollars to other pay 0 this is how this works

Blocked from doing anymore surveys with no reason given all though I found why out later. They even continued to send me email links. I emailed support & they said that I did one of the following-

Provided false profile information
Misused our Refer a friend campaign or other available promotions
Did not provide honest survey responses
Used foul language in communication
Engaged in any other offensive behavior

and none of it is true. In feedback after a survey, all I did was complain about them being far longer than they stated on the survey invites etc. or surveys being far too long which they were.
Luckily I recently cashed out. but lost points I earned since. They are timewasters so beware of joining them they'll just make up lies and bar you

This website is ok.
The only problem is that it's too late to deliver gift cards.

I cashed out $25 months ago. They claim that some of my answers were bad. I waited and waited and nope they never paid me. AVOID!
